Installed in my 2016 VW Golf R "Low Beam" Headlight
I have a 2016 Golf R with HID headlights and halogen "low beams." The low beams in the car are actually the cornering lights and are standard halogen from the factory. These are the lights that turn on when cornering or with the blinker at lower speeds. I recently replaced my HIDs with a higher Kelvin (whiter) light and the cornering lights just didn't cut it anymore as they looked dull, yellow, and dingy. I replaced them with the highest Kelvin halogen bulb I could find and, while they were brighter and whiter, they still couldn't match the HID Kelvin rating. I decided to try these out and they worked without issue (simple plug and play, fits in the stock housing without modification, and no error codes). Now my cornering lights are brighter and whiter so all the light that comes out of my headlight units are matched to the same color temp. Also, you CANNOT beat the price of these. Amazing!

I used these with my projector lights on my Tacoma
Bought after market lights for my 2020 TRD sport Tacoma. They have low beam projectors and high beam normal reflector style. I put these in both high and low.The high beams, being normal reflector style- are amazing and perfect.The low beam projector style- at first I was about to return these. Drove for a week and they seems considerably less bright than halogen. Then I realized I didn’t instal right. MAKE SURE THE LED CHIPS ARE LEFT/RIGHT AND NOT UP/DOWN when installing. I flipped them 90 degree to have the leds face side/side instead of up/down and now the light beam is so much better!I wouldn’t say they are anything stunning but about the same as the halogen that came with the after market headlights I got. Just now with a nice white tint instead of that yellow halogen.(The headlights I bought have caps on the back of the bulb housings so I don’t think the normal big LED style bulbs with fans and ballasts would fit)

Works on Mitsubishi Outlander 2017, but shines more brightly towards one side
I did not have much of an issue installing on Mitsubishi Outlander 2017. As per the instructions, one headlight didn't turn on but all I had to do was reverse the bulb and it came on. In some ways, easier to install than halogen, because you don't have to worry about getting fingerprints on the bulb. I did remove a star because the light tends to shine towards the left instead of uniformly based on how it's shining into the reflector. If the design had LEDs on 4 sides of the bulb instead of just 2, I believe this would not be an issue. However, it does give a clear bright light and is a good value for spend.
