Fantastic purchase
This soap dispenser is fantastic! The battery lasts super long between charges and the water soap mix means that the soap goes further, saving money and time buying more and refilling it.It has 4 settings so plenty of options to suit everyone.Really great piece of equipment and im thoroughly pleased with my purchase, i even recommended it to a friend.

Battery could be better
EDIT:Stopped working after 6 months, not impressed.Works well once found the best combination of soap and water to create the foam. We bought this to make hand washing a little easier for our 4 year old who struggled to work normal soap pumps near our large sinks. Once the novelty of repeatedly putting his hand under the sensor had worn off, he is now able to easily dispense the soap himself. It could be made better with a longer lasting charge bur otherwise it works well.

Who knew handwashing could be fun?
I rather wish I had not bought so many Carex liquid soap refills before I decided to buy this Foaming Soap Dispenser. At a dilution ratio of 3 to 1, those refills may last me the rest of my natural life. It is always fun when a relatively inexpensive device turns out to be so good. The reservoir is 400ml, which makes the dilution maths easy for dumb folk like me. One part soap to three parts water, give the reservoir a few shakes, fit it back onto the pump and after a couple of priming pumps, away you go. The foam is really! impressive. I also like how sensible the four-step metering is. I have mine set on level two. I think the higher levels are for when you use the dispenser in the kitchen with dish washing liquid, as I cannot see anyone wanting that! much foam for hand washing. One thing that always peeves me is when a rechargeable device does not give good feedback on its charge level. This dispenser however is spot on. It uses the four foam level lights on the top to monitor the recharge level. I thought four flashing lights meant fully charged, but the lights will actually go to four illuminated lights once the unit is at full charge. There is only one thing I don't like about the device, and that is the prominence of the fingerprint 'button' on the top of the unit, because house guests sometimes press the 'button' thinking that is how you use the dispenser. But what that actually! does is change the amount of foam it delivers. So perhaps best to tell guests to just place their hands under the automatic dispenser, rather than risk losing your friends in a freak bathroom/foam soap accident. Other than that, no complaints. For such an inexpensive device, the build quality and general aesthetics are just! good enough to let you add this device to the poshest of bathrooms. If you usually just stand a liquid soap bottle next to the sink, then this little device is a bit of a bathroom upgrade. But if you already have one of those beautiful ceramic and stainless steel soap dispensers, then although fun to use, I'm afraid you will be downgrading your bathroom a little with one of these dispensers. But if you have young children, definitely get one, the kids love it. There are 'posher', more expensive foam soap dispensers available. But this model has a bit of a hidden feature, that might be the deal maker if you have smaller children. This model has two hand sensors. If you take your hands away while the dispenser is working, it will stop the pump early. I have another dispenser costing over twice the price of this one, that does not have this feature.

Product is OK but the charge doesn’t last long
product is OK but charge doesn’t last long. Bought as a replacement for one with batteries but even more annoying to find unusable and needing charge after a few days.

A soap dispenser that actually works. Yes! With reservations.
This is the third soap dispenser I've had now. The other two - from different brands - didn't work, they failed to send any soap out. With this, I use one part Carex liquid soap and two parts water. At first this Soap Dispenser wasn't working either, it was only sending out a trickle of foam which was nowhere near enough to wash your hands. After messing about with the top, twisting it off and on again, and pressing the settings on top of the dispenser - (one to four for the amount of foam received), it started to work. Perhaps it's a fluke and I won't be able to get it to work again after this, but for the time being it is sending out proper foam! Hallelujah! Getting a soap dispenser that works seems to be minor miracle.EDIT: A MONTH LATER and it's still working and still producing foam, still operating on a single charge. This is definitely the one you want!

So good I bought 3
Absolutely brilliant! I love this little gadget. It makes a nice smooth creamy foam from highly diluted soap or shower gel. It makes the soap last so much longer with controlled doses. It's so convenient I went back to buy another one for the shower. It will undoubtedly save money in the long run as you can bulk buy the soap with less packaging so definitely more environmentally friendly. I love how simple it is to use, how easy it is to refill and appreciate the USB-C charging which means I can use the same cable as my phone. It sticks to the wall really well and quickly detaches when you need and even comes with spare sticky attachments so you can reposition it if necessary. I would highly recommend. Our guests love it.
