This is a great value. I always keep one in my backpack when hiking it ensures that my energy levels stay adequate and that I stay hydrated. It is super easy to use and the taste isn't too bad, super functional whether be on a hike or after a night of perhaps too much wine! Very easy to use as well

I absolutely love these electrolyte packets! I struggle with staying hydrated and these have been a game-changer. I feel so much better after using them whether I'm lightheaded, dehydrated, or sick. (They're also super helpful for hangovers!) I prefer these over the name brand. The flavor is great and not overly sweet or artificial-tasting. They mix incredibly quickly and smoothly, so you don't get that gritty texture or leftover powder sitting at the bottom of your bottle. The price is also pretty decent so I'm able to stock up regularly. Overall, I highly recommend!

Taste good and worked the same as the name brand. Could be a little less expensive though.

Great! Gets the job done!

I mix one packet a day with water in large mug. Stays mixed well, but I add splash of cola & ice to tone down a bit salty taste. It has helped me have way less leg cramps at night. Price is less compared to other hydration drinks.

First time trying this type of product and I have to say, I didn’t feel much of a difference than drinking regular water. Was a bit too sweet also for my liking. If you regularly use powders like this, maybe it works for you. Don’t feel anymore hydrated after using two packets a day. Maybe it’s just me.

Tasty. And it makes you want to drink more water. The more water the better hydrated. And adding the powder add the electrolytes. Definitely worth it.
