Works great wife loves it.

This microwave is great. It took less then an hour to take out old one and install the new one basically by myself. Make sure your opening is at least 30 inchs no less. Microwave is 30 inches wide not 29 1/2 like some others. Here are some tips to install. First on the stove underneath where Microwave is going put a trash bag down. This is just to keep your cushions clean.(make sure pilot lights are out if you have them) get a coulple couch cushions and pillows ready. Now Read instructions first. Make sure to move vent inside microwave if not venting outside. Install back bracket on wall with template and make sure it's level. It doesn't have to be perfect from the top down but close. Centering it is the most important. Once that is done. Cut template for the top. It's meant to be taped to bottom of cabinet. I found it easier to flip it over and drill from top cabinet down. Just push out the marked holes with screwdriver and flip it over. Make sure to take into account the back of cabinet I had to cut about 3/4 of an inch off template. I also cut the sides to fit and two corners in front so it could lie flat upside down in cabinet. Mark holes, but don't drill yet. Grab those couch cushions and put them on the stove. Place microwave on couch cushions the way it will be mounted. It should be about six inches too lower the where it is going(doesnt have to be exact) . The only part I had my wife help with was lining up the back bracket. Using cushions tilt the back of microwave up and line up the back bracket clips and put them in. Now eyeball where you will drill the holes. Just to make sure you put your marks in the right spots. Drill the first hole with the microwave front tilted down and catch the sawdust with a plastic container. Now with it in the back bracket you should be able to lift the front and place pillows underneath to hold it up. Leave enough so you can line up the first screw. If it's correct lower microwave back down and drill he second hole (make sure to place a container underneath to catch the sawdust) if its not correct you should be able to see where it's off and fix it. Then use template to mark and drill second hole. Use pillows to raise it back up and attach the two front bolts. Do one halfway first then second one. Then tighten both. Install bottom filter and covers. (Can get a filter later if you forgot to order one with it, but dont forget) The Volia! Your done. Microwave has functioned perfectly so far. Light on stove is decent. Fan is super strong. The Microwave itself has alot of power and heats food fast. 2 year warranty you can't beat that at this price.

A fine product. Was easy to install, works good. My only complaint so far after using it for a couple of weeks is the fan is loud. 3 different settings, and they are all loud, its loud, louder and loudest. Have to turn the music way up when using it. Forget conversation. Loud.

Beautiful microwave!!! exact fit for a 30". Highest CFM fan, expect some noise, not bad to me! Sound complaints? Get a 100cfm that barely blows. Cook distribution is amazing, popcorn preset is perfect. Very high quality, immediate ship, definitely would buy again, look no further folks.

An update Sept 30, 2025. Here's my response to GE's comment to me. They have given me a pdf for downloading the manual. If they gave me one, it wasn't easily seen. This microwave is very able to do many different things, and it will take far more than several minutes to read through them and learn how to take advantage of its knowledge. As GE is trying to go Green, by not providing a manual to people, many Green benefits are put to the side. That doesn't help GE become Green. Something for you to think about. Poor manual. I had a real hard time to get one downloaded. This new owner of GE Appliances needs to learn a few things. But then again, I need to also learn new things, but not this.

Great for the price and I love how it’s very spacious. My microwave went out and found this as the replacement. I love it!!

Replace a three times as expensive GE Microwave with this and there is no comparison. It is much more powerful than mt old one which was the same wattage. Installing was easy as it mounted to the old brackets. You will need two people to install it.
