Q: for the 8 square mold specifically, how much will an 80 lb bag of cement make?

I only used my molds for a couple of squares. I only buy 60 lb. bags, I can not lift the 80 lbs.

Q: would this paver hold well for driveway, the weight of cars , if I use driveway rated cement?

I would say no. Your only looking at a 2" thick paver when finished. I used it for a walkway and it's fine but I believe it would break to pieces on a driveway. I would look at having a driveway poured solid and stamped if you want that paver look.
