Works just like advertised
I recently used this AC coil cleaner on my Tesla Model 3, and it worked exactly as described. It effectively eliminated the stale smell that had developed in my car's AC system. The product was easy to use, even though the instructions could have been clearer. However, figuring it out wasn't difficult. The cost of the vent cleaner was very cost-effective, making it a great value for the results it delivers. Additionally, the smell of the cleaner itself wasn't overwhelming, and it didn't linger in the car vents for long after use. Pair this product with replacement cabin air filters and you car will be smelling just like it did off the lotOverall, I'm very satisfied with the results and would recommend this cleaner to anyone dealing with unpleasant odors in their car's AC system.

Best yet?????
You get less product for your money; however, of some of the others (such as an evaporator cleaner from Home Depot or Nextzett purchased here on Amazon) this one worked the best. I read and followed the directions each time and up to this point the smell comes back right away. Well, with this one I sprayed the entire can again (took 15 seconds) and thought: "That's it?" Well, continued with the directions. It was humid for Father's Day and used the A/C the whole day. The next day it was not and I didn't get a hint of the musty/moldy smell that used to come from the vents. The next day was the same. It has been three days now since I used it and no smell. We'll see about it long term but if the results are the same over the next couple days, then I'll be purchasing this again for my Camry.

Musty smell gone
The instructions said to push the tube up the evaporator drain line into the evaporator chamber. I could not get the stiff tube to go up more than a few inches. I used small vice grips to pinch the side of the drain and mostly seal things so that I could fill the evaporator with foam. It worked! It started dripping while I was still filling it but that did not stop it from working. Musty smell completely gone!!!

Works great! Smell gone!!
My new to me '15 Challenger would occasionally smell like an old shoe. Not all the time, just periodically while using the AC at highway speeds.I used this product from under the car and forced onto the evaporator drain. On Challengers and Chargers the drain hose (boot) exits the floor of the car right above the center of the transmission. It is nearly impossible to access this drain tube. You cant see it only feel it. It is about 2" long and is basically a soft rubber elbow (90*) facing the front of the car.You will not get the supplied hose in this kit more than 1" up into the rubber drain tube due to the impossible angle of attack. Also, the rubber drain "boot" is probably 3 to 4 times bigger around than the supplied tube from the kit. What I did was insert the supplied tubing inside the boot 1" and then pinch or squeeze the soft rubber boot around the supplied tube with two or three fingers, effectively sealing off the tube to boot connection.Once you have the big squeeze on, use your other hand to press the nozzle on top of the can and empty the entire can out lightly shaking the can as it empties. As soon as its empty, slide out and jump in the car and turn the fan blower on high. If you're quick enough white foam will actually spit out of your vents on the dash. After a minute the foam turns to liquid and drains out the rubber boot (runs down the sode of the transmission) and drain all over your garage floor or driveway. After that the old shoe smell is gone!! Its been 3 weeks since I did that and the smell is completely gone. Thanks Kool It Lubegard!!!!

Solution works well, but the canister & nozzle is poorly designed
Used this on my car's AC while changing the filters out too since it was smelling a bit odd due to condensation. The solution worked well and no complaints there, it does lose two stars though since the cap that goes to the top of the can isn't properly designed to handle the foam solution that comes out. While I was spraying the can it was foaming all over the top nozzle portion and spraying all over the liner of my car and became a bit of a pain to clean up. At least the solution smelt good so no complaints there! Could definitely have been due to a faulty can design and maybe I just got a bad egg.

The musty smell is gone
Use this in your cabin or hepa filter cavity before installing the filters and will biologically knock some of the bad juju odors out of your car... Great!
