These little led lights unbelievable bright,and they are just 10W,I cannot imagine how bright the 20 30 or 50W can be.I just hook them to the other existing malibu (12V) lights,andwhat a great difference,they make.Also the construction is very,very good,sturdy and they lookand feel professional,none of the good material where spared.Just perfect,these is a pleasant surprise ,when every one cheapdown on the built,to keep the price down,but not these guys,thank you for your great build item.

Great low voltage LED light, since its low voltage it can be mounted and wired much easier than 110V. Great outside area light or for use by solar

These are pretty good lights. I have them hooked up to a 12v car battery on a light switch. The battery is charged on a solar panel so it is self sufficient and works well. I am very impressed with the light output. The photos are two lights on. Quality is fine for a stable mount, not sure how long they will last but will see. Also purchased a 12v display to monitor the voltage usage and a couple of power outlets (what we used to call cigarette lighters) to power up phones etc. and finally built a tray from some PVC boards. This is a simple solution for reliable power and lighting at a hunting camp or similar setup. 4 stars because one blew up when I powered it but returned without an issue.

These leds are superior by far! So compact and will light up a football field.If youre looking for a small outdoor light that packs a punch look no further. This led has you and your property excellently covered!

I bought this light as an "experiment". I don't really want to dig trenching and bury pipe for AC powered lighting so I thought I'd try this style with a battery/solar charger system. I have tested it on both 12VAC and 12VDC and it works fine, nice, bright light with a reasonable "spread'. I will probably end up mounting this one on the garden tractor and hope it can hold up to the vibration.

Deceiving specs, poor quality controlThe item came well packedThe glass bezel was loose, I could not tighten the screws neitherThe thread did not go all the way through the housing, used a tap & die set so I could tighten the screwsThe light is bright but definitely will not replace an 80W halogen bulb!!!Think about it, your High Beams in your car are 65W !!!!The unit draws 480 mA at 12Volt, thus the SMD is less than 6 WattThose SMD's / LED's can not be connected straight to the 12VoltThe current of those has to be limitedThus they have to use a current limiter (aka LED Ballast, aka LED driver)Another shortfall of LED/SMD technology is HEAT, thus that 10W LED needs to be mounted on a coolsinkFrom what I can measure, this light has been limited to approx. 6WWhy?Maybe it overheated at full power, maybe it was a cost saving issue--------------------------------------------------------------All in all the light is not bad for the price and I have seen worseAs long as you do not expect it to be as bright as your headlights ...

Purchased two and upon initial inspection two screws were missing from the back of one of the LEDs ballast. Tested both and worked fine. Brightness is useable for my intended purpose. I will be using two or three to light the side streets from my fence.Product packaging was good and sealed. Screws that were intact were good. A few looked a bit stripped but I don't plan on taking them off.I'll have to go find proper sized screws and will also add extra silicon for added water protection. Will buy again even if I'm not confident about the product out of the box. I'm sure I got off easy with just missing screws and nothing major.I'll be sure to update with long term use.
