Does what it claims to do.
A great product to help the novice, but you won't need it after your skills improve.

A must have for new pilots
What a difference the landing assist makes! As you come in for a landing and get close, simply drop the throttle all the way. This sensor enables the ECU to provide additional throttle at the perfect time to raise the nose for a perfect landing. The sensor can be easily disabled by changing the flight assist mode on your controller. My recommendation for new pilots, add the landing assist to learn how to perform a proper landing before attempting on your own and flipping your plane.

Not good for short landings
Landing assist unit works by powering more during landings making longer landings to help from stalling and crashing. If you have small runway I don't recommend it, long runways it might be ok.

fantastic
i installed this module in my carbon cub. very easy to install, and made i made my first landing with it.. all i had to do was glide the plane on final, it does the flare

I still crashed on landing lol
I don’t fault the part. I’m sure it would have done SOMETHING if I was a better pilot. 4 stars because I personally haven’t seen it work. It stayed in place even when the front half of the plane smooshed in like a tin can
