Is this clear or brown?

Watkins Coffee Extract is clear in color, and may have a very light brown color; however, it is not brown.

Watkins, can you please advise if this contains caffeine? And if so how much?

I'm not sure. The ingredients state "water, alcohol, coffee" but don't say whether the coffee is caffeinated or decaffeinated. The box also lists the product as "kosher". There's an e-mail address that says "for recipes and more, go to 'Watkins1868.com'".

is this made with same traditional method unchanged?
