Niobium French Earring Wires, Hypoallergenic, Yellow Gold Niobium, Earring Hook findings

These are my first time working with niobium but I'm happy. Previously, I had only been able to wear titanium earrings, but those can get a bit expensive and it is not always easy to find anodized titanium in a gold-tone color. So I was happy to find these. I found them to be a good value for a hypoallergenic earring. They are fairly thin and lightweight but arrived perfectly shaped with no bends or distortion.They are not *quite* the same color of gold as my chain, bead caps, eye pins, head pins, etc. But, I am OK with that. They are close and they are certainly better than wearing something pink or green with gold chain attached!I can wear earrings made with these all day without irritation, something I cannot do with actual gold (I have a metal sensitivity/allergy). You don't want to go too heavy with what you attach to them since they are fairly thin wire, but you can make pretty nice dangly earrings with them, so I'm happy.

It's probably just my sensitive ears, not the product, but after 4 days of wearing them around the clock, the holes in my ears once again got red and sensitive. Having said that, I liked the thin gauge since the hole in one of my ears closes up, so they were easy to push through. I attached some charms from other earrings to the wires so I was happy to be able to wear earrings again. I believe if I don't wear them 24/7, they won't affect my ears like they did initially. I'm going to order pure titanium wires and see if they work any better. Maybe I was hoping for a miracle cure!

Awesome! My ears have no sensitivity with these and all that was required to replace the hooks on my existing earrings was a pair of pliers. All in all, super easy, cheaper than buying nicer earrings and very effective! They are approximately the color that they appear in the picture-- a yellow-ish gold. However, I found that they went with most of my gold and brass earrings and don't look strange or mismatched at all.

I ordered several Niobium earring hooks in different colors and they are all great. I have sensitive ears and have no problems wearing these. They end up saving me money because I can buy cheaper earrings now and swap out the inferior hooks with these. I intend to order more of these in the future.

The earring wires are as described. They don’t match gold colored earring parts exactly, but it’s close enough. Unfortunately my ears begin burning very quickly after putting them on. The seller says that reaction to this metal is very rare. I must be one of the lucky few.

Great for making your own earings. I have very sensitive ears and these were not problem at all. Will definitely purchase more in the future.

These were just what I needed. I wanted some gold tone earring wires that I could wear for 12+ hours and wouldn't bother my ears. These were perfect!

I needed some earring wires that would not irritate my ears and these are just what I was looking for. So thankful I found them.
