Works well
it works well for me. I need dopamine for long-term use. But the med will stop working in few years besides causing side-effect. This natural form of dopamine has less side-effect according to researches.

Favorite supplement for nighttime
Love this product. I take it before bed 4 nights a week, and it helps a lot. I feel more rested, even when I go to bed late and get up early. The dreams can be really vivid too.

Changed formula?!
I've been taking this supplement on and off for almost two years. It's always been the light brown supplement. Surprisingly today (2/19/26) the supplement came in white?! I still have the old bottle that I finished, and there is absolutely no difference that I can see in the listed ingredients. I'm going to try it, but something is odd, and I've seen at least two other reviews saying the same thing. I wish the company would respond!
