I see other brands with much higher mg ie. 750 mg per tablet/pill. Why such a difference?

I did a lot of checking on Gaba, 1st never start out with a large dose. Gaba has side effects, I talked to a person at a Pharmacy who said start at 100mg for 3 days. Ten 200mg for 3 days before going higher. Now the only problem I had is that I started getting eye vision blurnes while on it. Some people have short term memory problems. BUT is does help with anxiety and stress/
