Marion Woodman & Robert Johnson in Conversation: Jungian Psychology Through the Eyes of Two Masters

One of my favorite consistent listens

I'll start with the irritating...Marion carries the book, engages and leaves some space for Robert, who then says:"I have no idea what you are talking about as a man. I can't go there as a man. You are such an amazing woman and I could never do that. I wish I was like you. I can't do that. I'm just a man."I suspect Marion found this as annoying as I do. Robert is around four years old emotionally and I think he wants Marion as a woman. This is quite normal and understandable. However, Robert is pretending to represent men and the masculine and if he's going to do that I'd like a male that has an adult emotional age and who embodies healthy vibrant masculine energy.Now for the good part: Robert is a scholar who brings insight into language and they both talk about territory I think is valuable for anyone to be more aware of.In short, when I can get beyond Robert's tone, the content is pretty good.
