The multipurpose ballpoint pen someone kindly gave me as a small Christmas gift, complete with etched-in ruler on the outside and inset spirit level and a mobile phone stylus in the end with a two-way screwdriver hidden inside had only one plastic-barrelled ink cartridge and no indication as to how to obtain refills. I sourced a pack of twenty steel barrelled refills through Amazon in the hope that they might be the right size and they were. They were delivered the very next day in a rather large and oversized package which made the postage cost rather more than it needed to have been, which is my only complaint.

In my first order i ordered 5 pens, 3 pens works well but 2 Pens are not and I return the items through carrier but If amazon issue the return label with the same delivered carrier company. it would be free of charge buy they didn't so i had to pay for the carrier company until they receive the returned pen and receive the refund.then, I ordered again 6 pen (Thanks to the supplier company they offered me a good discount) but unfortunately 4 pen are damaged ONLY 2 pens are working. i'm so disappointed from the quality of the products that i am receiving.but i would like like to that the customer service of the supplier company that i contacted regarding the issues. they were so helpful and caring. the quality of their customer service is very good but their products are not. i hope that the production company look after their production quality bcuz they really have got nice idea for the pen

Given a Tool Pen as a present - just had one refill. So bought a pack of these refills - they fit the pen perfectly and the writing quality is very good and very smooth!

I would presume both screw tips are designed to come out of the body but on the pen I purchased the interior housing was warped which makes the flat and Philips head screw tips inaccessible. It is basically just a heavy pen now. The stylus was also not attached perpendicular to the face so it is imprecise for using on a larger display. Not worth the purchase due to manufacturing faults.
