This toe separator/ball-of-foot cushion holds your foot while keeping your toes separated. I found the material to be soft and comfortable, but I wouldn't be able to wear it longer than about 8 hours. My feet began to feel a bit constricted, but I will still use them. Different separators perform differently, and all are not meant to do everything. This is just one type in my arsenal of foot gear.

I am in the processing a return. My return is only because I am 89 and could not bend & am not limber enough to put them on. They look like they would work well , but you must have to be in better shape and more limber. I am sorry to have to send them back, but their info on their site should show it is not for elderly people with movement problems. I have been able to use the gel toes but the bottom of the foot portion (which caused me to buy them because i need pads for my foot there and thought an all-in -one would work.. I would say that if you can put them on they would be great.

I have a completely dislocated right little toe, and the metatarsal pad and toe separator on this silicone-rubber item are not quite strong enough to solve my problem. I needed a firmer restraint for my little toe and a thicker metatarsal pad under the distal ends of my right foot's three center metatarsal bones. Having said that, this toe separator and pad were better than nothing, while I searched for a better solution to my pain.

These have worked out great. I have hammer toe and my second toe has been trying to cross over my big toe. I wear these at night to try to help correct this and they seem to be working out greatOnce this starts happening , you must do something quickly to avoid surgery.
