Was at the stage I was virtually housebound as sitting in a car i would near pass out with pain. Bought this in July and never looked back. My level of back pain hasn't actually improved but I am now virtually pain free driving. Amazing product. Took me a little while to adjust as it sits you further forward on the seat and, if you get minus temps in the morning like me, it will feel brick hard when you get in the vehicle but softens up very quickly. I'm leaving this review now as this has honestly given me back my freedom and i'm here to buy another today for a spare.

I purchased this Lumbar Cushion for my new vehicle as the seats were so uncomfortable for long distance travel and accentuated my 40 year Back Pain problem. The Lumbar Cushion was easy to secure via two elastic straps. Wow, what a difference. Lumbar Pain relieved instantly. The Cushion is robust and well made and supports and conforms to one’s Spine. I wish that the Cushion was a bit longer to in order to incorporate an injury to my Thoracic Vertabrae as well. Then I would be in Spinal Cushion Heaven…!!

I slipped a disc in my lower lumber area on the hinge of my back. Was crippled for 10 days and still feeling the effects of it but on the mend. So got this cushion support and it's brilliant! Use in my car and felt it straight away the amount of support on my back. I then take it out at work and use in a office chair for when I'm not on my feet and it's helped in the space of a few days. I even use at home in my recliner. Makes it that bit better. Thought it was expensive but if works, it's obviously worth it and in a sale I paid £30 ish. Worth it! Soft but firm where it needs to be. Pop this in your car as a driver or passenger and you'll notice a difference. It doesn't move you forward to much at the front, just keeps your posture in a much better position. I have a brand new kia car and they're comfortable seats but this is ever better for people suffering with a bad lumber lower back. So easy to move about and had two stretchy straps with clips on to hold in place but I find you don't always need to strap it in the chairs you use. I move mine alot so don't bother. I'll update if it goes flat and doesn't add support like it used to. I can't see that happening as its that material that bounces back. I've got a bed cushion I sleep on that's similar and that has never gone flat over the years.

Ottimo prodotto. Ho apprezzato molto anche il cuscino per il sostegno al collo. Lo spessore del supporto lombare non è piccolo, pertanto la testa ha necessità del cuscino altrimenti il poggiatesta dell'auto sarebbe troppo arretrato. Non ho più mal di schiena quando guido. Ci vuole qualche giorno per abituarsi.

Llegó a tiempo. Me sorprendió la consistencia que tiene, pensé que sería un trozo de gomaespuma con funda y ya, pero no, ocupa bastante sitio en la silla. Es muy cómodo, va muy bien y recoge la zona lumbar estupendamente. Las dos correas que lleva para ajustar además, son elásticas, por lo que he podido adaptarlo a mi silla, que es muy ancha. Recupera muy bien la forma también, espero que dure mucho, por ahora muy satisfecha con la compra. Recomendado.

This is such a soft yet supportive back cushion. I bought it with my mother in mind. She has scoliosis and needs a comfortable back support behind her. I think she would love it. It is supportive and creates a soft barrier between spine and chair. It's so comfortable. Many back cushions take some time to adjust to them before you get used to them, this one was soft as butter to my back from the start. I like the cover, it is really soft, too. Zipper is helpful for washing. The ONLY issue I have with this is that when the adjustable straps, even when set to the loosest setting, are put around my office chair the pull quite a lot, and I'm afraid they the cover will rip at that point in the near future. I've just been setting the cushion on my chair, but without the straps every time I get up the cushion flops onto the seat. The straps fit better on a smaller chair, like a dining chair. Regardless of that issue, I can recommend this back support as the softest yet more supportive one that I've ever had. UPDATE: I have bought 3-4 lumbar cushions since this one and this one is by far the best. It has a soft support. Others that I've chosen are harder/more firm and push me forward. This is easy to lean into. Still my favorite. after 9 months.
