I have been using the arm sleeves by 2XU for more than 2 years now. I play pickleball, so I'm prone to tennis elbow. To solve this issue, I tried strengthening the muscles in my arms and shoulders, and it did get a lot better. However, as my play has improved, I couldn't keep up with the muscle training, so I started looking for a support and found this. It's designed to be worn on either arm. When I first purchased this item, my arms were pretty thin, so the XS fit just right. But as I gained muscle it became too tight, so I went up to an S size. I am petite and have short arms. These sleeves are made by an Australian company and are made to suit Western people rather than small Asians. They are a bit long for me who is Asian and the sleeve is one to two inch(es) longer and has extra sleeves at the top of my arm. The wrist area is also a little loose. Even with these issues, the compression is extremely good and there is a huge difference in the level of fatigue when playing with this sleeve compared to when not playing without. If the size doesn't fit your arm perfectly, I would recommend adjusting the elbow area first and then checking that the areas you want to support are properly compressed. I usually wear it for about 2 to 3 hours at a time and there are no blood flow problems. I would not wear more than 4 or 5 hours as it could cut the circulation. My chiropractor actually recommended a different brace when I told him about my tennis elbow. I tried his recommendation but 2XU sleeves are WAY better. These 2XU sleeves are super high quality. They still work just fine after 2 years. I high recommend this product.

Habe schon verschiede Armlinge probiert und diese haben mir in Sachen Kompression und Qualität den besten Eindruck gemacht. Um mich darin wohl zu fühlen, hätte ich in Sachen Kompression aber eine Nummer Größer nehmen müssen.

Very good compression sleeve. I had a different brand and it got so loose after several uses that it would just slide down my arm.
