Pants Tent
These scrubs are made of comparatively durable fabric (little thicker than I am used to) and the workmanship seems adequate. The fit is slightly smaller than expected but it is within reason. I say small because my other scrubs that are mediums are slightly larger (more baggy, especially). The problem with these pants is the tailoring. It's not appropriate for a man and I suspect it doesn't work for women either. You can actually see the problem a little bit in the picture. There's an area that's quite tight right where the two pant legs come together and there is always tension there. Just above that there is too much fabric. This causes two problems, and I'm sorry for the explicitness:1. When you sit down it creates a big pants tent in the crotch region that makes it look like you are really excited to be there. It's a scene out of "Curb Your Enthusiasm." I don't know that people actually mistake it, but it look bad and is annoying.2. The more serious problem: when you are standing, the combination of the tautness and the looseness of the fabric causes the pants to come in and form a nice little frame around your man parts. If you wear boxers with this, everyone will know how it is hanging at all times. I haven't tried it with briefs but my wife has definitively said I cannot wear these out of the house with my normal underwear. It's too indecent. The shortcomings of the tailoring are severe enough that I can't really use these except for lounging around the house. I would not recommend them. I'm going to head back to my local store that starts with W and get whatever cheap scrubs they have there...they don't have the color I want (Khaki) but at least the pants don't highlight my anatomy in a manner that's uncomfortable for all around me.

Outstanding loungewear at a reasonable price
Ordered these as a replacement for sweatpants that are frankly too hot to be wearing this time of year, even if they weren't old and getting too large on account of recent weight loss. These are sturdy, durable and good for just hanging around the house in; the only problem I have with them - and it's a minor one - is that the pocket is awkwardly located in the back.

I like them but check the size!
They are nice and material is good, the color is actually brown and not like dark dark brown with the other brands. Just make sure you get the right size, the Medium seems like they were Large to me and I'm a guy so if you're a girl that is looking for a small size make sure its that size one down :)

super comfy
I seem to fit between XL and L and had trouble cinching the drawstring all the way on the XL, so I exchanged it for L. My waist fluctuates a lot between 38 and 40 (as in within just a few days), so while I'd love a smidge more bagginess in the crotch, the large fits better. I wear butt-huggers if I leave the house. I misunderstood and thought this puppy had side pockets, but it has just the one rear pocket with velcro closure. I'll probably be getting the other pants from now on, but for around the house these pants are great.

These were a bit too large, but my son ...
These were a bit too large, but my son wore them anyway. We ordered them as part of a COSplay costume. If he were going to wear for work I would have ordered a smaller size. It was hard to gather the waistband enough to make them fit correctly.

Nice length
While I am a plus size female, it's really hard finding plus size scrubs for women AND in a "Tall". I decided to try the mens pants and I was pleasantly surprise to find they do run longer than the womens. So, for you tall and plus size ladies our there who are tired of wearing high water scrub pants, try the plus size in a "Mens" and I think you will be pleased as I was. Good luck !

Good pants, but they run large
As most people have noted, these pants run large. I'm a 6'3" male with a 32" waist and I ordered the large. The waist was way too big for me, but the length was appropriate. Thankfully I can tie the drawstring tighter and it's not a huge deal. But make sure you order appropriately.

I just want 2 pairs of the product like the scrubs I am wearing
I received a pair of Dickies scrub pants recently. They are not what I expected. Evidently I didn't realize I was not ordering the same product I had ordered previously, possibly on more than one occasion. I expected Dickies product 112285-0112 MT RN # 93643 CA#24480 STYLE 82006 COLOR IT(possibly TTQZ), size M/M/M, can't read UPC(too worn), with drawstring and "slash" vs "cargo" pockets. The Dickies I rec'd have "cargo" front pockets and no drawstring. The inseams are much too long. I do not have the pkg the scrubs arrived in. I will return them if you will email me the address, and I expect no refund. I just want 2 pairs of the product like the scrubs I am wearing. Thank you. Gary
