I had to repair my CPAP machine. It was an older one and the noise abatement foam was crumbling. I cut out a piece of this foam, and replace it. Worked perfectly.

My 6 year old washing machine ran unbelievably loud on the final spin. The laundry is the kitchen of my 1000 Sq ft condo, so it was very disturbing. I stuck this foam all inside the lower plastic panel that houses the drain pump. It's absolutely silent now, you can only hear the drum motor humming (and in the video I posted, also the dryer running, but trust me the washer is 98% more quiet than before) I could not be more happy. I also lined the edges of the panel with a velvet sticky tape.

Used to fit a planter to our smaller than spec railing. Seems to be holding up great. Was easy to cut and mold to the planter.

Many uses.

I used this to isolate my floor speakers and used the left over for the washing machine. I still have old school tub machine with spindle. I put four little squares under the feet and really noticed a difference during the agitate and spin cycle. Big difference. As for the speakers, I put two layers, then a third layer as a lip in the front to cock the speakers back 30 degrees or so. Also big difference. No more energy vibrating into the hard wood.
