Product Failed
Just when I was loving this product, the “arm” part where the water comes in from the tank to the bowl broke. I didn’t know it had cracked. So when I went to clean my bum, cold water sprayed up my side. The return window is only 30 days. It took me a while to get around to installing this item. It’s only been installed about 30 days, but I’m now out of the return window. Money wasted.

Not worth the money.
The control on the right of the seat broke right away. Difficult to get the water to spray where it should be.
