Love it
Looking for a good food with no by-products, just plain chicken or beef. Or rabbit . IT has no meal product. None of my cats have puked, I've been trying to find a cat food that my cat stopped puking, one always has an issue this one. Finally, there's no puke anywhere. Thank the good lord, definitely recommend this. My best friend is a vet. Te, she also recommends this food. All the other foods have by-products that carrageene, in it.No good

Picky eater approved
I’ve tried so many dry cat foods over the years, and this is one of the only ones my extremely picky cat will actually eat without hesitation. She usually sniffs things, turns her nose up, or eats a couple bites and never touches it again — but not with this. She went straight for it and finishes her bowl every time.Even better, it doesn’t upset her stomach. She tends to have a sensitive digestive system, and I’ve noticed zero issues with this food. No vomiting, no loose stool, no weird reactions. Very satisfied with this brand!

My cats like it
This is a nice high protein kibble for our cats. Since it's a high protein they eat less kibble which is good for their health. Worth the price

Solid Brand, Solid Ingredients
This is a solid choice for a dry formula. I happened across it when my local store discontinued the lower carb, grain free option I had been using. This seemed to have the most similar ingredient profile. My cats took right to it. I actually seen an improvement in my seniors metabolic workup at the vet since switching. Not a single deficiency or high enzyme level.I personally feed them a wet/dry mix in this brand to make sure they are getting a little extra moisture. (Dry in the morning, wet in the evening). My little guy has a low thirst drive and gets constipation here and there, so that helps to keep him regular. They're both fussy eaters and enjoy pretty much everything I have given them from the Instinct brand.

groomer/vet tech review
As a former dog groomer and veterinary technician with extensive knowledge of feline skin, coats, and overall health, I’m very selective about what I feed my cats—and I choose Instinct. I always add a bit of water to their food to help support urinary health and reduce the risk of blockages, which is especially important for cats.Instinct uses high-quality ingredients that promote both internal health and a beautiful coat. Yes, it may cost a bit more, but in my experience, it's absolutely worth it. A few extra years with a healthy, happy cat is priceless. If your cat has been eating a lower-quality formula, switching to something more nutritious like Instinct can make a real difference in their longevity and well-being.10/10—highly recommend.

Works for our cat
As our cat aged she grew to a heafty 19 lbs. Our vet suggested science diet weight control. I used this food for 2years she never lost weight, developed a skin condition and seemed lethargic. I watched a video of the vet who developed Instinct cat food and he described symptoms of an unhealthy cat, all of which my cat had. This food has brought her back. She has lost weight, skin has cleared up and her weirdness has returned.

Approved by my cat
The media could not be loaded. My cat likes this food. And she can be VERY picky with what she eats. But I love her very much.It comes in small pebbles that is not TOO crunchy for my cat but crunchy enough. I like to mix it with the raw freeze dried from this same brand. I’ve been feeding it to my 1.5 yr old cat for the last couple of months. I try to find a good quality food that will give her the nutrients she needs and this one seems to be doing well. She’s grown to have soft luscious coat and strong hefty bones. I’d like to think it’s partly because if the quality of food.I feed her half a cup like the guide instructs. She always eats it all by the end of the day (she grazes her food throughout the day-she likes to be in charge of her food).
