Excellent and effective product!The fact that the product is VEGAN is so important to me - the other companies selling black cumin seed oil here on Amazon use GELATIN. Softgels are derived from animal byproducts and are seriously hard to digest. Better than blending up the seeds...I eat these in the morning when I have my ACV tonic. My doctor said it aids in weight loss and he must be right! I supplemented with these in addition to a specific eating plan and lost 18 pounds in 2 months.

Great stuff, I use to take the oil version of the black cumin seeds oil.But it would burn my throat. I found this in capsules on Amazon and fell in Love. I feel the same effect on my body as the oil much easier going down. Black cumin seed is something doctor's should be telling all patients about.
