These are the real deal, made the same way they were 133 years ago.
These tasty mints are named after Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands because they were created by the company Fortuin in 1892, as a tribute to the then 12-year-old princess on their 50th anniversary. Queen Wilhelmina is the great grandmother of the Netherlands' current king, His Royal Highness King Willem-Alexander.They are still made with real mint (not artificial) and real sugar (no artificial sweeteners or high fruticose corn syrup) .I give them 5/5 stars but be aware this a candy based on a 130+ year old recipe so they won't taste like modern mints. These ain't tic tak's or life savers, these are the real deal. Also, they are a little addictive and high calorie (real sugar remember), so be careful not to over indulge.

Love these mints
These were the kings my grandma always bought. They remind me of her. I pass them along to my family and kids.

Very good peppermint.
Very good mints. I like them because they do not have as strong a peppermint taste as King peppermints.

A little too sweet but politely pepperminty
A little too sweet but politely pepperminty. More of a Peppermint Candy than Breath Mint.

Yummmm
Best tasting peppermints in my opinion. Not overbearingly strong like traditional peppermints, these are a softer strength peppermint with just the right amount of sweetness.
