will the fit regular american keys? does anyone have issues with the key falling out?

It fit normal American keys (even copies of keys).

i googled “tr47” key case and this was one of the first to pop up. it does fit the tr47 keys right?

It will fit on a tr47np. Just a metal key. Without the black casing.

Will this fit the square type of key?

If the square part is an inch wide i think it will fit just fine but any bigger than an inch and it wont fit
