Really liked the multi device connect option, it was very useful as I work in multiple devices at the same time. It was working fine for around one year, but after that random keys gets fired some keys don't work at all and some keys act like kept in long press. it was 3.5k when i bought and not worth the money, I expected the product would last at least for 3 years. Wrote a email to the support and to my surprise got immediately response. After a couple replies, they have refunded the full payment and I ordered a new one, loved the support

I have been using this keyboard and mouse combo the built quality and Design is really good but the blue tooth connectivity is pathetic if your using only for asthetic purpose then it's good for regular use i wont recommend this it has always connectivity issue

My favourite keyboard after wasting 5k trying out others. I have long unstable fingers. Small, unresponsive, raised or unique key placements from other brands didn't help.

Mouse stopped working, scroll button does not work, connectivity issue, battery drains very often. Unable to reach the company no option on amazon to submit a warranty claim. My product is still under warranty. I want to get a refund or replacement. I will keep updating the review after next update. The stars will keep reducing every day UPDATE: I requested for a replacement of the product since there are no service center and they denied replacing the product. Instead offered me a full refund. HOWEVER, they sent me a message stating the refund will be issued via cheque only which will take 10 days to process and i dont even know what name they are issuing the check on. My amazon account has a different name as of my banking name. There is no way to contact this dealer, no details no contact number nothing. You can only contact them via amazon and keep waiting for their response for ages. Imagine you buy a product from Amazon and you dont get warranty on the product within a warranty period. Also, Amazon denies to help in this case. Amazon representative also gives run around and cannot help. Transfers me to different people on the call. 0 stars for both The Seller and Amazon Update day 11: i still have no resolution to my complaint, no refund, no replacement nor a working product. Amazon refused to help, amazon is offering compensation to me. But they are not understanding the fact that the sellers they have on amazon selling products do not have a service center no office in india nor a contact number. The product comes from USA and even their usa website does not have contact number only email address which never gets responded. This is Fraud , either by Amazon or the seller. And Amazon does not want to do anything about it.

Excellent product. The price is on a higher side, however the functionality is as per expectations. I liked the key strokes which is just like my laptop keypad. unlike traditional keyboard which has long key travel, this is more suited as i have gotten used to my laptop key whoch is responsive without having to press deep to register a keypress. i had ordered a logitech keyboard with mechanical keyboard earlier, and got frustrated with the deep keypress, and otdered this product which is awesome!! And the ease to connect multiple devices is a bonus. The charging is through usb for both keyboard and mouse. Finally I don't require to change batteries any more, which was a hassle for my earlier wireless mouse.
