So far seems to be a decent set up *Updated review*
*Update May 2023* after sending 2 emails, Customer service finally got back to me after about 2 weeks and handled the issue of missing parts. They went above and beyond my expectations by, instead of just sending the missing part, they sent me an entire new set up. Wasn't expecting that. Now I have a back up if anything breaks.If you do have any issues with this product, contact customer support and just be patient. They will eventually get back to you and should take care of what ever issue you have.First let me start with why I gave this a 2 star review. I received my package in a damaged box with parts hanging out of it and one of the resistance bands is missing. Gonex has yet to respond to my email concerning this. When/If I ever hear back from them to send me a replacement, I will update this review to 5 stars.Now to my review of the product at least what I am able to use. So far seems to be a decent set up for exercises. The push up handles however are very difficult to place and remove from the holes in the board. They have a very snug fit which make it hard to remove without breaking the board or the handle itself. Hopefully they will loosen up over time. Everything else works as designed. Can't comment on the resistance bands until I get a replacement. The one I do have looks to be sturdy and should hopefully last and not break causing an injury. Time will tell.

Only workout equipment you need on deployment
Absolutely loved this board. I took it with me on my ship for deployment and it was perfect. Safe and stable during rocky seas. Easy to store in the limited space I had. Still use it at home instead of going to gyms. 10/10 recommend. Love it.

Good, but be careful
The weight limit is a little off, I am about 200lbs and I can feel/hear the base breaking under my feet when I use the green bands.But the amount of different exercises you can do on this is very nice! I'll continue to use it, just will stay away from the higher weighted resistant band until I drop under 200 I guess

Broke easily
The system is ok for its intended purpose, but I used it incorrectly early on and the base broke very easily. It is partially usable still, but it’s not what it should be. I can use it for some of the exercises it promises
