This is a quality airbrush in itself but I use it for painting and base coating my warhammer miniatures and it does take a little finesse.first off DILUTE DILUTE DILUTE, I use Vallejo Paints for my airbrush and use their thinning medium in a 1/1 mixture for the best effect. This will clog if not cleaned properly and remember to be careful with the needle and the actual nozzle, as they can get ben/ broken easily I was able to bend mine straight after accidentally bending it while cleaning it, clean it after every color, yes its tedious but it pays off. As long as you take your time and are careful with it will take care of you, yes its not as durable as the name brand brushes but it works beautifully for small projects.TL;DR keep it clean and dilute your paints and you'll love it!

Bought this to do detail work on custom Nerf blasters, I've been using a slightly thinned acrylic and it gives me wonderful control when spraying. The cleanup is slightly detailed but worth it to keep this running perfectly. I've used everything from tube acrylic (thinned with a combo of airbrush thinner and water, to Vallejo model paint and Tamiya brand paint with no problems. as a tip use small amount of isopropyl alcohol between paint colors if you're going to switch paint.

Good for the price but it does leak, spit and cloggs easily but over all its consistent and i liked that its not loud its very quiet and suttle

Purchased for airbrush make-up. Easy to operate - Flawless, Fine spray and coverage - Does not clog or sputter - cleans easily. I recommend highly for any airbrushing purpose. It works so well, I should buy a second one for art work.

i do not like to ruin the star rating of any items, but unfortunately this gun is a waste of my time and it sprayed first 2-3 minutes, only on max position of the trigger. very little circle. you would need to literary stuck it on to the surface, like 1/8th of an inch to see the spray spot. really how many months would it take to cover even 2 feet -size project?! Disassembled, soaked up with cleaner, with alcohol, put back, - nothing. Compressor ok, works no problem, but together, - not.I believe you must have ten heads to make it work or know what the issue is, - i am not that smart, so the gun goes back.

Fantastic product. Previously purchased a similar system which broke after a short time. This is a quality well built machine. The receptacle for the spray product is much bigger. Much easier to clean.

I'm using this airbrush for my alcohol ink paintings and it works great. No more expensive cans of compressed air or hyperventilating blowing through straws.
