These Brightown string lights were exactly what I needed to transform my balcony into a cozy, inviting space! Works great, easy installation. Nice smaller size compared to the ones you see everywhere else. The fact they are smaller and lighter makes them very easy to set up. I took a lot of time getting it perfectly dialed in. Used string to layout the pattern before I put up the stainless steel cabling. Once the cable was up it was an extremely easy install. I used the center clip on the lights and clipped a bunch of bulbs to the cable and simply pulled the lights along the cable. Lights are 8-10 feet off the ground. Added Outdoor HomeKit plug for smart home integration. I initially installed the ubiquitous market lights but they seem too bulky (bulky wire, bulky bulbs) so I took them down and installed these. These work much better in a compact residential setting.

There's a lot to love about these lights. I fully expected to buy and return a few sets, but nope... got these right on the first try. I can't speak to durability since I've only had them for a short time, but several things are worth noting: first, they are smaller than I expected, but that's actually a plus. They also aren't nearly as bright as I expected, and this is a good thing. Their brightness is just right to cast a pleasant, warm light without feeling like a spotlight is on you. They wrapped around the inner frame of my gazebo with an extra ten feet left to string along the outside of one side. This illuminates the pathway outside our gazebo. So it worked out perfectly. And they don't seem fragile. They might not handle a serious fall, but a minor one? These will survive that.

I was inspired to write this review because these patio lights seem special to me. The cord is very easy to handle, not all stiff, and the length gave me what I needed to string these between tree limbs and bird feeder hooks. I'm trying to keep the turkeys off my deck, and I think this idea will definitely screw up their flight pattern! The lights are a gentle but a bright light tone. There's a warm, glowing, inviting look about them. "Brightown," a good name for these lights and putting them up was actually fun, as the cord was so easy to handle. Great lights!

These Brightown Outdoor String Lights have been a great addition to my backyard. The G40 globe bulbs give off a nice, warm glow that really sets a cozy vibe in the evenings. I like that they’re weatherproof — they’ve handled rain and wind without any issues. While they don’t dim, the brightness feels just right, not too harsh or too dim. The 50-foot length covers a good area, and I appreciate that I can connect more strands if needed. Easy to hang and reliable so far — definitely a solid choice for outdoor lighting.

The lights themselves are really attractive and give off just the right brightness for around my deck. I did have a problem with a squirrel chewing through my set within two days of stringing them up. I contacted the Company and they could not have been more helpful - they immediately sent me a replacement set, although it was clearly not a problem with the product itself. I was extremely impressed with their customer service and the promptness with which I received the new set of lights.

The quality is good and they are very cute on our balcony. The warm lighting is very cozy and aesthetic.
