This orthopedic brace has been a life saver! Great pain relief for my sacroiliac pain and my lower back. Good support. Belt is comfortable to wear and easy to adjust. Found it to be slip resistant and not bulky to wear. Great value for the money. Nice quality material. Very happy so far.

The product has been designed with durable and high quality feeling materials. The stitching is precise and strong as well. The item has good elasticity to stretch how you need it and the velcro/hook & loop material is secure and has a great hold. There are three narrow strips on the inside of the back that have some grippy rubber stuff to help hold the belt in place during motion. It is very comfortable and adjustable for your needs. I ordered the "regular" (hip size 30-45) as that was the smallest they had and I wear a size 0 in women's jeans. It fits great even though I am at the very lowest end of the hip size measurement but it was the smallest they have available in this product. I suffer from S.I. joint Dysfunction, Pubis Symphisis Dysfunction and as a result have hip and pelvis instability. This has given great results in lowering my pain/discomfort in those areas as well as added security knowing it is helping support areas that need it while I work to correct the problems. I ordered this belt/brand specifically, because it's what my occupational therapist uses and highly reccomended and I am so glad I listened to her! This is and will continue to be an amazon tool in my journey to hip/pelvic health recovery! Very much worth how much it costs with how incredibly helpful it has been!

The SI belt came very quickly through Amazon. The belt was able to provide immediate, much needed support and stability to the SI joint and pain relief for my father-in-law's lower back. He is now able to do the things that are meaningful to him.

This belt was helpful for my SI pain. It is not a complete relief but an improvement. The regular size belt did fit well despite the fact that my measurement was only an inch smaller than the 44" size. I found it tolerable for several hours at a time but could not imagine it being comfortable for all day. The belt could be improved if it were slightly wider in the back and sides. It slides a little bit with position changes but is easily pulled down without removing and refastening.It is well made and the velcro is quite strong, though I don't know if use over time would weaken it.

Fits my needs! I had a similar but very old and stretched out. This one definitely holds my hips well enough to stop discomfort from my S.I. Joints. Like many women this problem began after 2 pregnancies and extremely large babies. I wear it most days because it’s a problem pretty much every day. The only thing I don’t care for is the chemical odor. It will probably dissipate over time and possibly a few washes. Overall top notch quality at least so far.
