I have been using this for awhile.I was very low in Vitamin D a few years back and prescribed a D supplement ,but it wasn't non GMO or vegan friendly.I found this one and have been taking for about three years.My Vitamin D levels are great now. Good price and good quality.

This is the right combination of Vitamin Kr and D3 (synergistic) and blood tests come back almost too good for me - I've backed down on this a bit (was taking two in morning, one in afternoon and evening). If you can't get optimal sunshine (best source) every day this is a good alternative

I took the entire bottle and didn’t notice a difference either way, bad or good. I am giving 4 stars because I didn’t notice anything negative and I assume it did good things for my body, but I can’t give 5 stars because I didn’t notice anything positive necessarily. Not sure if I would buy again unless my bloodwork came back and a dr said I needed to take this because my levels were very low.

I had very low D levels. After initial treatment with higher weekly dose, my endocrinologist switched me to this dose. My lab is much improved with use.
