They item is very good. The instructions have a bit to be desired. Not super clear in battery install. The shell of the hamster comes off the chasey to chg batteries. Not the bottom of hamster...although there is a screw and opening at the bottom🤨

My dog was always super obsessed with my brothers hamster whenever we went to his house so we decided to get her this and it was SO worth it! She played with this thing (sometimes so gently as it if were real) for hours and would never get bored of it. Awesome! After a while of course the plastic cracked from her hitting it into walls, but I think that would be expected.

My son had seen this in a toy store and had it on his birthday wishlist. Hamster does not work. Tried to unscrew it to check the mechanism and one of the wires snapped. Now that it's broken/damaged, I obviously can't return it. Super devastated as this my son was so excited for it. Tried to contact seller but page was broken. Disappointed all around.

I did not purchase this item as a toy, but rather a prop for a play. It is cute. I'm not sure how durable it would be in the long run, but it served its purpose well.The hamster is mobile both in and out of the ball and travels in random circuits, rather than straight. Not bad for the money.

I have it to my 3.5 yr old bc she is obsessed with hamsters. She loves it. However, it is now immobile after 24 hours. The plastic ball is now cracked. And the hamster got stuck in her hair and stopped working. The hair is wrapped around the wheels. It’s not the sellers fault bc she’s very rough with her toys. But it is cheap. You get what you pay for.

I purchased this for my 6 pound maltipoo, who is very gentle with her toys. She very much enjoys chasing the little ball around for indoor playtime when the weather is not nice enough to go outside. So far, I have already gone through one set of batteries, so either it does suck up batteries, or I have terrible batteries. It is a little flimsy - I would not say it is the best made toy. But overall it is very cute, and I think it would delight a child (or a dog!) who is gentle with their things.

My daughter bought the same toy at FiveBelow. Hope this one lasts long enough for first battery chance,the other didnt.

My 4 year old Asked Santa for a pet hamster for Christmas. Santa brought this, and she is absolutely smitten over it! It's her favorite gift and we don't have to feed or clean up after it (haha).
