I've only used my new "shower shot" system a couple of times, but both times have been wonderful experiences...which I realize is somewhat odd to say when describing an enema/cleanout process.As I tend to be the receptive partner in my same-sex relationship, it's important to always be clean and ready for when me and my partner want to be intimate. In years past, I have used an enema bulb or something like a Fleet enema (emptied out and refilled with plain water), but it always seems to take forever and just didn't do the trick quite like this shower shot does. Before getting my shower shot, I would go back and forth between the sink and the toilet to make sure I was cleaned out for what may sometimes only end up being a relatively short amount of "pleasure time".Thankfully this system is VERY easy to install in my standup shower, and the hose hangs very easily over my regular shower head without being in the way. When I'm ready to use it, I simply turn the nob and the water is redirected from my shower head to the shower shot...for which there are multiple different useful attachments. For me, the most useful is the regular tapered attachment containing 5 holes from which the water streams out. The whole setup and all of the attachments are made from good quality materials and the hose itself is both long and seemingly durable.I really only have one recommendation for the manufacturer...provide some sort of suction cup "holder" or hook over which the hose and attachments can hang in my shower. That would ensure that the hose doesn't fall and the attachments don't hit the bottom of my shower with a bang.For those planning to use this product for reasons similar to my own, I do also recommend a few other things:First and foremost...READ and do your RESEARCH on how to cleanout PROPERLY and use a shower shot enema system CORRECTLY. A shower shot is different from a regular enema bulb/bag in that it shoots an "endless" steam of water into your gut. While on the surface this might seem like a practical method of cleaning out, it can also be somewhat hazardous to your health in that using it too much or shooting too much water into your gut can actually cause you to flush out critical "good" bacteria which your gut/colon needs for proper digestion and to maintain your body's delicate pH balance. This can in turn result in stomach aches and poor gut/digestive health.Second, if you plan to use this product regularly (more than once per week) like I do, it is CRITICAL that you:1.) Drink PLENTY of water every day;2.) Maintain a diet containing foods that are high in fiber (beans, nuts, whole grains, green veggies, fruits, and hot black coffee); and3.) Take a fiber supplement (such as Pure for men, which is natural and much easier on the gut), as well as a digestive probiotic, the latter of which will help you retain critical bacteria and thus a healthy gut.Other than my recommendations, this All In One Shower Enema ("shower shot") system is a really fantastic product that is easy to use, easy to install and maintain, and one that has already helped me and will continue to do so for a long time to come.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this product. I think I expected it to "rinse" me, but instead, it's what it says--an enema device. It fits comfortably and the hose is long enough and very flexible. Some reviewers seem to want to lie down while they use this. I can't understand that. I just stand up in the shower and insert it. After filling myself up for a few minutes with warm water, I have to go and sit on toilet. In about 10 minutes everything inside comes out in a rush. This provides the cleaning. To be completely sure, I can repeat the process until everything comes out clear. That is the technique.After using Cleanstream this way a few times, I tried out the smaller head, the thin one with only one hole at the end. This indeed does provide a rinse, going deep inside and flushing out the dirt. You can repeat until nothing but clear comes out and then rinse it out of the tub with the same nozzle. I have a single handle shower though and so when I adjust the pressure, it also reduces the temperature. This isn't a huge issue, and if you want warmer water, you could put a control valve at the water source to reduce the flow. However, the cooler water isn't uncomfortable, and the diverter valves are problematic anyway (see below) so I didn't choose this option. There's also some enema effect from this "rinse" application, but it's much milder and only results in a "muddy" discharge, sort of the color of pee.The fault in the product is in the diverter head. It is metal, but poorly made. After about three uses it completely fell apart, and while it was working, the water flow was never fully diverted to one or the other outlet (shower head or enema tube). It always leaked, and in addition, the hose is so slinky that it needed a place to be held in place. I got some sticky hooks from Home Depot to attach to the wall and this more or less worked, but I found it awkward and unattractive.I shopped around for some other diverters, from Delta and other companies, but they cost around $30 or more, the cost of the entire device, and reviews said they weren't very satisfactory either, at least after a while.Therefore, I've come to the conclusion that the best way to use this device is to simply take the shower head off and attach the enema tube and then repeat this as necessary. It's hardly ideal, but it works, which is more than can be said for the ugly and faulty diverter assembly.
