Habanero Powder 1 Kg

This is a very good product and I have ordered the Habanero powder 5 times now. Heat is about right and the color is uniform. Very happy with the powder.

I own a southern fried chicken cartin newberg OR, Winner winner, and one of my dredges is made with habeñero, juniper, and fennel. When I started I was. Buying dried habeñero and crushing it in a spice grinder. Which was effective but expensive and lacking in flavor. Then I discovered Sonoran habeñero powder and the fruity floral flavor that comes from this product is amazing. As well as the heat that it brings. It is a wonderful product for delivering true habeñero flavor. P.S. The 1kg container is cheaper, even with shipping, at their home site.

I make my own spicy seasoning salts and blends and this is my secret ingredient. It's great and brings the heat I need. Great quality product.

Traditionally I have purchased the fresh Habaneros pods, dried them and powdered them in the blender. Preparing them that way gave them a more distinct flavor BUT was a lot of work and after using the asin powder I am over the difference and back to my addiction with a lot less clean up.

I use this product as an ingredient to a hot wing recipe for my restaurant. Adds the perfect amount of habanero flavor. The best part is that the price is lower than I have found on other web sites!
