STUTTER ISSUE FIX: A lot of people in the reviews, and myself included, have faced a stuttering issue. Either the keyboard, mouse, or both, will stutter and cut out regularly over and over again. This isn't the keyboard or mouse's fault, to fix this insert the provided keyboard & mouses USB dongle into a regular USB slot - DO NOT use a 3.0 USB slot (the blue ones). For some reason any 2.4GHz USB dongle will stutter when used in a 3.0 USB slot. So if you're having issues, try switching to a regular USB slot! Review: I've had this product for about two weeks or so and I haven't had any major issues apart from the above mentioned. I'm very happy with the product so far! It's decent quality, especially for what you're paying. The keyboard is kind of loud, each press has an audible click to it, but it doesn't bother me. The key's press nicely and don't really wobble. The lighting effect is nice and I really appreciate the on/off switch to conserve power and to be sure that the battery isn't draining. I generally use this to game and not for daily use, and I've had no issues gaming (though I'm not playing online competitive games so I can't attest to that.) The mouse feels nice, I have quite big hands so I wanted to find one that was comfortable and large enough for me and this is! It doesn't have a super loud click, much quieter than the keyboard anyway. For some reason the mouse turns itself off sometimes, I just have to click and it comes back on straight away. Again, super happy with the mouse. I regularly charge both the keyboard and mouse so I can't atest to the battery life, but I've not had any issue so far. Overall I'm very happy, for the price you're paying it's decent enough and does what it says.

I bought this yesterday, and the paint on the keys is already peeling off. I haven't even used it heavily—just normal typing—and the Windows key already looks like a smudge of whiteout (see picture). If the coating is this cheap that it fails after 24 hours, I can’t imagine what this thing will look like in a month. This is unacceptable quality for a "new" product. 100 returning

The way it lights up is so cool and it works great. Seems to be very durable.

Works great and easy to use

Ok, so quick information for people purchasing this combo keyboard and mouse. The usb adapter delays the response to the devices. I am not sure if the manufacturer is aware, but I bought a set, had the issue, after getting a replacement set, I did the troubleshooting since the same issue was happening and after removing the usb to USBC adapter that hardware response was almost flawless. Just wanted to let buyers into this personal finding. I am giving three star because of this oversight on the testers of the product, but functionality has been better.
