LTCCDSS Far Infrare Sauna

I bought the two person outdoor unit for myself. It works great, however, when I use it I need to be careful not to come in contact with the heating elements which are quite hot.Pros: comes in modular pieces and is easy to assemble. It is well packed (you will have a lot of cardboard to dispose of).Heats nicely, and if you buy the back rest it is quite comfortable.Con: The wood slats on the inside are too far apart, so you have a chance of coming in contact with the heating units, which are quite hot. It’s a real surprise when that happens.

my wife and I love this sauna. we use it 3 -4 times a week. heats up quickly and the temp settings can go beyond our needs, so we only have to set it on 58. colored lighting and speakers really add to the ambiance. One concern though, after only 5 weeks the "roof" is warping and cracking. concerned that it will leak when we get rain. the roof is only exposed to the sun about 4 hours a day. The seller has corrected our roof issue promptly and easily. thank you for your product and excellent customer service

Product arrived , worked great a few times, and then would not heat properly. There is no way to contact the seller, and AMAZON appears totally confused on what to do. It appears they are not able to contact the seller?BE VERRY CAUTIOUS ABOUT ORDERING THIS SAUNA!I will report back when this problem gets resolved.

After finally being able to put it together, it seems pretty cool so far. It does not get as hot as the ones at the gym, but I don't need at as hot as some like.I never leave reviews but this might be one of the best home accessory purchases I've ever made. Easy to install with just 2 people, gets considerably hot (but doesn't heat the air so you don't choke) ... multi-colored dimming lights, remote control, and built in speakers with Bluetooth audio input is awesome.
