Best Head Phone Ever!!!!!!!!!
It's perfect! I work from home and need a new noise canceling an comfortable head phone. I'm buying again once this one is done with which isn't any time soon. Plus I can use it with my phone and laptop and my work desktop. Thats why I love doing my research, I was a lil scared before buying it but I'm glad I made the right choice. I'm in love with it!!!!!!!!!!!! ....... I hate the upgraded version of it, its not versatile with the different devices.

Nice Budget Friendly Web Conferencing Headset
Coming from a world of professional Polycom, and Plantronics headsets for critical telephone usage, I examined this offering with very skeptical optimism upon its receipt. Granted this is a budget price unit, and you are not going to expect the same build quality as the aforementioned name brand units, but for a headset to toss in your computer case, for travel purposes, to use for a Web conference while on the go, this one is a perfect choice. You are not investing a large amount of money for a headset that in this case turns out to be quite nice, and if something happens to it you are not going to feel terribly upset that you would have destroyed a very expensive piece of equipment. On its strong side it offers binaural sound from both ear pads, and a comfortable overhead band. Contrary to other reviews, I found the headband to not be a problem even with my larger head. It turned out to be an acceptable fit. The fact that you can disconnect the headset from its volume control unit, and it reveals an 1/8 inch audio plug, that could be connected into a mobile phone jack, is also a nice bonus for this unit. The only real minus that I can find is that you have to orient the headset on your head so that the microphone comes out from your left ear in front of your mouth. This can be disconcerting to people who have traditionally held telephones to their right ear, or used headsets with the boom extending from the your pad on the right of the headset. All in All For The money a great buy!

Not bad sound for the price
Pros: good price for the sound quality. Very lightweight. Microphone sounds fine.Cons: with ear cups extended all the way the headset will not fit my adult head. I have to put the top band on my forehead to use the unit. This is a major problem as I would not want to wear it this way for a long time. This seems to be made for a child or someone with a small head. Mic does not bend or tilt. For the above reasons I only give this a 3 star rating.

Voice delay is really bad.
I did a podcast with these as the guest and the voice delay was so bad. I was very embarrassed. I would not recommend these for anything. I used a PC. Don't know if that's makes a difference or not.

Pretty okay
These headphones are rather good. The sound quality is great and the microphone is also good. One thing I did not like, however, is the fact that these headphones do not cover the ears like a headset usually does. If you can deal with that, then this is a good headset

Extremely comfortable, sounds great
Sounds pretty good to me using for music connected to my Fire tablet. At one point I did hear a very low level hum through the right ear only, but it may have been the song as it happened again when I replayed the song in the same spot, but disappeared when I turned the volume down some too. I really wanted this to hear certain frequencies that many headphones do not pick up, it works well and sounds great while being very comfortable to wear. This picks up so much more than listening to the same song through speakers, sounds, tones, frequencies I never noticed before are easy to pick up and concentrate on. So you if you are listening to meditation frequencies, this is a good headset for that. I think for the price too, this is outstanding and definitely worth considering! My home phones have a headset jack (Panasonic) and these did not fit that port and it also did not fit the port on my LG cell phone. Not sure if they sell adapters, but if I come across one, I may try that for the home phones only because I am curious. I will try to jump on a video call with my friend through my tablet next week to test out the microphone so I will have to update this.

So Far, It Has Been Reliable
My husband owns a small business. He likes using headsets when making phone calls. His last one recently failed, so prior to this one, he was using Bluetooth earbuds. These are much easier and better than the earbuds, in his opinion. He finds that he can't wear earbuds for too long before they start bothering him. The cups on this headset are well padded and comfortable. The sound quality has been very good. The microphone can be adjusted for perfect placement. He has been using it daily for over a week now and has been very pleased with the performance. So far it has been very reliable.

Sound poor quality on incoming calls and low volume even turned up all the way
I wanted to love this but I had customers complaining right away. (I work at an incoming call center from home) I had turned the volume all the way up on both my computer AND the device and they could still barely hear me and sound quality was also poor. One thing I will say that it was very comfortable. But I'm used to buying headsets where you just plug it in and it works great. I'm back to using my old set until I can find something as the one I have (the MPOW) which I love is no longer available. I've had it almost 2 years. Might just go to local Best Buy and get something rather than have to return poor quality devices.
