I Enjoy Mopping!
Yes, You read that right. I enjoy using this mop because it's kind of fun spinning it. Your hands never touch grimy water and the mop heads are super absorbent. Shipping was actually fast. It arrived 2 days before the estimated date. It comes with 3 mop heads which are machine washable. I suggest you air dry them and don't add fabric softeners, it will affect absorbability, not because the mop heads are defective in anyway but because that is the nature of fabric softener.Bottom Line: Awesome mop.

Not as good as I had hoped
Was so excited to receive this mop! I had purchased the twist and Shout with 2016 improvements and love it! I researched this one and was excited about the larger mop heads and the step mechanism. Even though the mop heads are bigger, the handle and head feel cheaper and more floppy than the Twist and Shout. It is hard to keep flat on the floor, particularly if the floor is very dirty. The way the handle is put together is another feature I do not like. The bucket is nice and sturdy and the step mechanism is very well made, but I find it more awkward to use than the step-less Twist and Shout. If they would improve the cheapness of the mop head, this would be a fantastic mop. I am looking for a commercial quality one to use at my pub and grill, and this one is not up to par. The Twist and shout at a much lower price is my choice between the two..ahh... if I could only combine them, I do like the larger size...

Good mop - some room for improvement
Purchased this set November 2013. It's now March 2019 and I have used it once a week since for a small house. The Good: Better quality construction than average. Spin mechanism is robust and mostly works well. The mop heads are very durable and can be machine washed. The Could-Use-Improvement: The handle, at least where the halves connect, feels like a weak point to me. It has not broken but I'm careful not to apply as much pressure as I'd sometimes like (to be fair, I'm a relatively large/strong man). The regular handle was a tad short for me...if you search around you can find an XXL length handle if you need it). The gear mechanism malfunctioned/stuck after two years, but it was simple enough to take apart, clean (some leaves had found their way into it) and reassemble. There's a bit of a technique to learn so the bucket doesn't slop water when you step on the spin lever, but that's easy enough to figure out.Overall I can recommend this mop set and I have not yet seen an alternative that I would purchase instead.Pro Tip: I bought two extra mop heads--in addition to the one that comes with it--and have not taken them out of the package, as the original barely shows any use.

This is great
One of the few products I have purchase "as shown on TV" that works the way its supposed to. This really works. It doesn't make washing the floor fun but it sure makes it go faster. My floors are clean and streak free. I have probably every mop on the planet and this one I will keep and use.

Makes mopping FUN. No really.
I LOVE this mop. I did a fair amount of research before buying this mop and I decided I liked that this mop came with a sturdier handle and bucket and also came with 3 mop heads. The mop and bucket looks kind of greenish in the picture but it is actually a silvery gray color. The mop is well designed with a swivel attachment to the handle that lets the mop spin around as you use it. You can roll it along a baseboard or spin it around a chair leg or toilet base instead of just dragging it. You can also hold the handle stationary while you spin the mop in the basket.I have nearly 1800 sq ft of hardwood and white hex tile in an old house that spontaneously generates dust and grime. I also have two good sized dogs that track dirt in and two fluffy cats. I vacuum A LOT. But I didn't really mop a lot because it's a hassle and the mop I was using would get quickly overwhelmed with grime and then I just felt like I was pushing dirt around. As soon as I received the DynaMop I set to work with some hot water and simple green. I had to stop and change water 5 times because my floors were filthy. I have since mopped my floors every couple days and now I can mop the entire house with one bucket of water and a little murphy's oil soap and the water looks relatively clean when I am done. My floors feel a lot better in bare feet. This mop is pretty fun to use. My husband was intrigued enough to ask for a quick lesson. Douse the head, stick it into the spinning basket, step on the pedal and let the mop spin the water out. Lift it up and go to work. If you've spun it enough, the mop will be just barely damp. I have used a dry, clean mop head to do some light dusting of the woodwork and baseboards and it works okay.Remove the mophead and toss it in the laundry. It comes out looking clean, white and fluffy. It's wonderful that it comes with three mopheads.Minor Quibbles:I wish the basket were slightly bigger - it's a little fiddly to get all the wet mop strands into the basket. If a strand is hanging out of the basket when you spin it, it will fling water everywhere.Likewise I wish the bucket was slightly taller than the basket - a little water gets onto the bucket sides from this.I wish the bucket had some wheels or came with a little cart. I don't feel I am doing my floors any favors to drag the bucket on them. However, it is well balanced when full of water and not too hard to carry around.I also wish that the handle was one piece - perhaps an extension design instead of screw together OR had a screw attachment to use your own handle. That said - I haven't had any issues with the handle whatsoever. I am tempted to buy another DynaMop for basement use.

This mop has potential
The mop is pretty good. Have had trouble with the bottom part of the handle coming off while dunking the mop head in the bucket part to rinse it. I guess that's because the mop head gets full of water and too heavy. Maybe I didn't screw the pieces to get her tight enough. Also aftery daughter used it and let the mop sit I'm water for a few days I noticed that while mopping the mop head would not stay flat. I hope using a new mop head will address the issue.

The quality of the product is very good in spite of its short-comings
a real time saver, but the round mop head does not fit square corners and hence leaves part of the floor undone. additionally, the current mop heads do not pick up solid dirt and debris, something the manufacturer is currently addressing. The quality of the product is very good in spite of its short-comings, however. might buy it again once the new solid-debris mop heads are available.
