It the perfect softness and not too hard like some memory foam pillows can tend to be.One crucial point to mention: upon unboxing, the pillow appears thin due to its air vacuum packaging. A very comfortable pillow which has helped a lot with my neck pain. It is good quality and just the right height. I agree with other reviewers that the pillow slips out of a pillowcase which can be annoying. Also the pillow has that chemical smell, like a mattress and it takes several days for it to completely disappear. As I have already said it is very comfortable and good value for money.

Don't let the name Bedbric put you off buying this excellent quality pillow. I have found it offers me a great nights sleep whilst supporting & cushioning my head & neck. I can wake up with no headaches or stiff neck, & that is with me having bulging discs at the top of my neck. The memory foam feels excellent. Also great if you suffer night sweats. Just place it at your side to cuddle up to to cool down, or if like me you get swelling in your ankles or knees. I sometimes place this behind my knees or rest my ankles on it when they ache or get too hot. I sincerely recommend this pillow to anyone looking for quality & comfort. I shall be purchasing a second pillow so that i don't have to keep transferring this one from my head to my knees. I also use this pillow for my back when sat up watching television in bed or on the sofa.

I suffer very badly in general with my sleep, so if I do manage to fall asleep I need it to be the best quality sleep I can get.I’ve had lumpy bumpy pillows for years and was tempted to go for a much more expensive brand, but thought I’d try this first. So so glad I did!Straight out of the bag it didn’t take too long for it to take shape, I did leave it around 12 hours just in case but it looked fairly immediate. There was no smell which was a lovely surprise, usually there would be a plasticy smell however I didn’t pick up anything at all so happy about that.First night of usage my immediate thought was that it’s like always sleeping on the cool side of the pillow. I didn’t put it in a pillow case that night, and I slept substantially better than I usually would.When I changed our bedding I did pop a pillow case on it, but found it was too big for the pillow. This resulted in the pillow slipping out during the night and also turning in the case, so I’ve done away with it now and just use the pillow alone.It has a zippable cover which is washable so I will keep using this, it’s perfect for the job but just looks odd on the bed as it isn’t part of the bedding (for anybody with OCD for this kind of thing!).This evening my daughter has just discovered how comfortable it is and has tried to have it away, looks like I’ll be getting more!
