The Kusmoo pack of 3 lipo foams was very practical after my surgery. They are firm, a good size, and fit well under the compression garment. They help keep the compression even, reduce swelling, and prevent folds from marking the skin. The material quality is good, and they can be worn for several hours without discomfort.

I search for a short torso options and this is what came up. It was way too big for me. I’ll use them but only for a short time while I’m washing the one that actually fits better.

The ab board is AMAZING — honestly feels almost as good as the Snatched Body ones but for a fraction of the price. I love that this set comes with an ab board, a back board, and 1 foam all in one pack, and it still costs less than what just one ab board would from the “preferred” brands. Total steal. That said, I barely used the back board because it didn’t really feel like it did much for me — the foam and ab board alone were enough. My only real complaint is that they only included one foam. Like… come on 😭 one foam doesn’t cover nearly enough, they should’ve at least thrown in two. But overall, the ab board makes this pack 100% worth it, especially if you’re trying to save some coin without sacrificing quality.

Me llago el paquete roto, sin protección, con cierre ziploc solamente, el material es bueno, la tabla de la espalda es flexible, la del abdomen cuanta con dos ranuras para que se amolde y en el centro tiene una placa dura qjr no se dobla,

Se ve de buena calidad pero solo me llegaron 2 piezas de 3.
