Great kit!
The new bearings and seal kit arrived quickly and worked perfectly in my Maytag MFW9700SQ1. No more loud knocks and rattles in the high spin cycle and no more play between the inner basket and the outer tub. James answered a technical support question I had the same day I sent it. Great product and very responsive customer support.

Excellent quality product
Excellent quality product, washer never ran this quiet and vibration free. Service and technical support is equally outstanding. Instructional videos make it easy, using old bearings to install new ones is ingenious in its simplicity and effectiveness. Background: We have a Whirlpool Duet Washer model GHW 9250. The arms and base that attaches the inner metal wash drum to the shaft had rotted away. Bearings were also shot. This is after 11 years of use. Whirlpool warranties the wash drum for life! So for $120 (bearings, couple of tools, sealants and gasket) we now have what is essentially a brand new washer, should easily last another ten years or more. Sure beats spending a $1000 plus for a new washer.Hints: It's an involved dis-assembly/assembly process. Not difficult, just involved. Bag and label hardware as you disassemble. Write a numbered list of major dis-assembly tasks. Then just reverse for assembly. Takes lots of photos, especially of spring locations. Mark everything, we also marked location of drum clips. All this made re-assembly a breeze. (Also, there are YouTube videos on removing the drum.)

Washer is quiet again!
The parts appear to work fine. It wasn't easy to replace the bearings and seals in my Maytag washer, but using these parts allowed me to avoid buying a new washing machine.

New Spin for Old Kenmore HE3T
Our 13 year old Kenmore HE3T front load washer started aborting during the spin cycle, especially when set for extended spin. It would just quit with 6 minutes remaining and say the clothes were done - and they would be almost soaking wet. I noticed some clunking during low speed spin up. After some research I came to the conclusion it was either the bearings or the drum support bracket (the "spider"). It's a BIG job to replace these. I HIGHLY recommend that you follow the video instructions PROVIDED BY THE SELLER. There are other instructional videos out there which omit important steps or suggest very poor strategies for certain steps - especially installing the new bearings.Although it adds a few steps to the job, I also recommend that you remove the 3 concrete counterbalances from the tub before removing it from the machine. Those counterweights add up to 54 pounds. For me, that was the difference between doing it myself and needing a helper. I know there have been some horror stories about going through all of this only to find the spider is cracked, but our's (at age 13) was in fine shape. It was crudded up and I took the opportunity to hit it with the power washer before reassebmly.I recommend that you have a 5-gallon (or similar) bucket to hold the tub while you remove the old bearings and install the new ones. Removing and installing the bearings was pretty easy after the tub was out. I also recommend making witness marks on the tub with a sharpie where the tub clips fasten the two halves of the tub together. It makes putting them back on quite easy. One week later and MANY loads of laundry (house of 5) - all is still well. Spins on high speed and for extended period with no problems. 5 hours of work saved me buying a new washing machine. Here's to another 13 years!

Worked great to repair my Whirlpool Duet
Worked great to repair my Whirlpool Duet. About two loads a day for 2 months...no issues. Good amount of work to install, and just as much cleaning inside of the washer as you put it back together, but we'll worth it.

Can't get any better...
Parts arrived in two days from the time the order was placed and in perfect order. James helped me with diagnosing, repairing procedures, and even getting an additional part I needed covered under warranty. Wish all companies were this helpful and friendly.
