Update International 17" x 25" Rectangular Chrome-Plated Cooling Rack

This is exactly what my wife was looking for. She makes sheet cakes and had to use two smaller cooling racks to cool the cake on. It was difficult to flip the cake using two cooling racks, now it is no problem at all.

I bake hundreds of cookies and cakes and this is a handy size. The only negative is that it's flat. I should have examined the pictures more closely as I prefer my cooling racks to be somewhat raised in order for the baked goods to cool more rapidly.

This will work just fine but the page is not clear that you’re getting a single rack. Not 2 or 3 as is indicated elsewhere.

Exactly as promised. Sturdy. Works great in my 1927 GE icebox.
