Sugars stabilized, could actually sleep again, feeling better! I normally have severe inflammation in the legs, my glucose jumps while I sleep, I can only sleep about 4 hrs at a time, & was in VERY rough shape. My body feels amazing. I went to BSA Camp & wore shorts + sandals with no pain till day 3, camping deep in mosquito woods; most years the first morning after sleeping there I'd be in tears, but lasted an entire weekend with almost no difficulty until packing to go home between very cold rain bouts. There is nothing in the ingredients list that shows this has Gurmar that is touted in the infomercial. Watch out for burning diarrhea.
