I think it's a nice phone. The feature set and build quality seem good.It may be frustrating to setup if you are not a VoIP expert. To get all the settings right took me a while.I wish these had some on board memory for storing ringtones and hold music. (instead of the provisioning server since I'm using it for a small business)

We are running a multi million dollar company and we used to by these phones from star to star for $600.00 a piece. We found this one online for a much better price. Without our knowledge this phone was for someone's handy man service. This has caused us numerous problems and issues. Thanks alot!

Love this phone. Was able to easily set it up and connect it into my company’s Skype network. Excellent sound quality. Wish the display was more customizable but otherwise great item.

If had never tried to install a VoIP phone on my own, probably would be five stars. Design, sound quality and usability are *great*. Have had several conference calls on it using speakerphone and it sounds perfect to folks listening.Skype for Business was a little tricky for me to set up, but again, have never tried anything like this before. Be prepared with lots of Googling to get it configured--instructions not much help.However, once I got it all configured, including the Better Together over Ethernet pairing with my Windows 10 machine and Skype for Business client, it rocked. Very, very cool. Will probably get another for the house--this is our "home" phone now.Just be sure to have PSTN service if you want to use it as a "real" phone. Probably not an issue for a business setting, but one more add on to my Office 365 E5 license...Would definitely buy again, and has made me more excited about installing our VVX 600s at the office.

This phone is ok. Not the greatest but 1 MAJOR fault is when you hang up this phone it has to be seated precisely to end the call. I am on the phone a lot and I cant count how many times I have hung up after leaving a message only to find out the phone didn't actually hang up. For that reason, I am gong back to the polycom 335.

Because the phone would not accept the default password, it could not be set up. So I had to return it.

Simple but sleek. Great replacement for CISCO phones which failed several times in the past 2.5 years.
