I purchased this because I was tired of taking my shipped items to the Post Office. It wasn't the lines, but the drive. It was a drag on my time. This item is relatively inexpensive and does the job well. The app is easy to use and very intuitive. I had no problems at all. Loading the paper is very easy. From plugging it in, loading the paper, starting the app, and printing the label, I can have the whole process finished in about two minutes. A co-worker saw my using it and asked where I got it, because h e was also thinking of getting one. I highly recommended this product to him. You should get one, even if you don't think you'll use it much. It's great just to keep on hand.

The printer is so fast but I never could figure out who the manufacturer is (which is what my computer said it needed to ‘configure’).It says it’s compatible to chromebook which is why I even got it. I’ve already had to return 2 that wouldn’t work with my computer or my phone. I wanted them to work with Both. I called the ‘help’ line. Some guy that could barely speak English and had an attitude keeps telling me to hook it up with the USB cord. I already had done that. He was clearly at home with kids. I could hear them so it’s no wonder he didn’t want to mess with me. I get that because I have kids. BUT, that’s supposed to be his job. If he can’t help he shouldn’t be paid.All I asked was how do I find the manufacturer, he never answered my question. I got tired of him acting like I was the one doing something wrong. He didn’t answer the one question I asked. I hung up. I finally figured out how to print the label after 15 steps. I’m sure some of that could be cut out somehow once I get it figured out but I don’t know cause there’s no one to actually answer the question I had apparently.When I figured it out it printed super fast and it wasn’t a bad quality. I think the product is worth the money for sure but the lack of actual customer support is why I didn’t give it a high rating.

I had a problem with printing the paper cause it kept coming out blank. I kept trying to resolve the issue on my own thinking that’s it be a pain to get into contact with customer service but I couldn’t figure it out. I gave in and got into contact with Edward and he helped me resolve my issue in less than 10 min (turns I was using the wrong brand thermal paper - it has to be their brand). Thankfully it was a quick fix and I was able to get right back to printing. Thanks Edward!

BUY ANOTHER BRAND - I called customer service and was told they would send me a video that would help me set it up, since the person I spoke with had no idea what they were doing. At times the Bluetooth works, but most of the time it stops working and you have to repeat the steps and hope it works. It's been over a week and still no video or help.I would be happy to delete this review if I receive a refund or help setting this up.Update:Sept 8th - I call back today after I missed a call from them. I spoke to the same person from the first call and I was told I would definitely hear back from someone by phone before the end of the day and no one ever called. It's after 9pm on Friday. How do I go about getting my money back?

Let's see now… what's in the box?!Obviously we have one printerWe have some spare paperWe have an assortment of cables (if you have thought this product from America as I did for delivery in the UK you will need to buy are USA to UK adapter which you can pick up pretty cheaply on Amazon)And everyone's favourite, instruction manuals.So as with all these printers turn it down very easy to set up get connected.Managed to connect with PC and phone in less than five minutes… just copy QR code for phone appBobs your uncle you are ready to create…Obviously just printed a test picture… so I could do my review… first picture wasn't very clear Second picture clearer… but it is mainly meant for labels… from PC to printer/Find a printer very quick(in fact didn't get my camera ready Quick enough to record… blink and you'll miss it ha ha) see video.Looking forward to doing many more projects when I figured out properly how to use theprograms… not rocket science obviously just find me my way round.I had to print off an Amazon return label unfortunately I had run out of the printer ink… and then suddenly remembered I had this little printer whipped it out within five seconds the job was done AMAZING… no wasting time changing ink cartridges just plug-in and print easy Peasy.All in all very good little printer very fast and easy setup… much easier than the DYMO that I have used previously.My one downside to this printer is where to find the paper but I think you can use any type of thermal paper as long as it's the right size obviously🙄I am giving this bad boy👍👍👍👍

I was printing shipping labels ... became expensive and annoying ... had to tape the label or purchase label protectors.Decided to bite the bullet and purchase this label maker... best decision ever!!It has a low profile and has been working excellent.It was easy to set up and connect to my phone via Bluetooth.One thing, and it's possibly something in settings or with my phone- if I haven't used the label maker for a day and I need to print a label... it does not auto connect to Bluetooth. It keeps searching for the printer. However, all I do is switch the printer off and back on and voila... it appears and I connect the printer to my phone. It's simple and quick, which is probably why I haven't looked at my settings to see if there is something that keeps it connected.Overall very satisfied with the quality of the labels it prints, the minimal profile, the clean look... and the price.

There are great for 0-6 months then things start to go wrong. This is my second one only because I have so many extra labels that needed to be used. While it’s working it’s the best the labels come out quick and readable. Easy to add to your phone
