Hats off to the after Sales service of Reach Team. The machine was delivered well and safe. I installed it by my self with the help of instruction manual however the LCD device was initially not working. I immediately called the reach customer care and explained the problem. The customer support without any delay assigned the technician who visited my home and resolved the issue the very same day. The machine is now working fine. Still I have been receiving the follow up calls and watsapp msg regarding the feedback and service quality.Reach Customer centric service is highly appreciated!

The media could not be loaded. Don't fall into the trap of 5 star comments, as when they come to installation, they make you add 5 star ratings under the pretext of return (which is a lie).Over the quality poor, within a week of usage the pedals are lose. And the plastic finish is not good.Above all the customer care keeps calling and bug you to review the product.Update 2 - it's been three weeks since i have registered the complaint, they have delivered the spare, but after that none of the technical person has reached out to repair it and they are least bothered to answer your query, and they don't respect your time.

Nice but resistance level is not working with this model. if you want resistance level properly then you have to purchase higher model.

Installation was quick. This is a basic cycle and performs good. Would have liked the seat to be made little more taller.

This is the worst brand and product. No proper customer service. You can take iron parts in shop and make yourself a bike.. that would be more better compared to this useless bike. Digital meter is worthless.. not working from the time of delivery.. when compained they will not even assist you. I am planning to sue this company for cheating people.

If you are looking for mid range budget exercise cycle than you have come to right stop. This product is great and is easy to assemble and detailed instructions are given in the package. Amazon delivered this product to me before time and the product packaging was excellent, It took me around 10 minutes to unwrap the package.Overall it is great product and highly recommended for anybody who is finding an exercise cycle in mid to low budget range.
