Helpful product. Smell isn't horrible. MUCH better and safer than using sulfur dip.
We used this on our cats when we had an insect problem one summer. We turned to this product after trying to do a sulfur dip, which was a huge, horrible, stinky mess — and tricky since you don't want to get that in your pets' eyes. Yes, this shampoo stinks a bit, but it's not terrible and our cats' fur was soft afterward, with little residual smell. I bought this product several times and definitely recommend it.

Does NOT Smell Like Lavender
This product worked well for our cat with a bacterial infection, but the added lavender scent did nothing to mask or help with the sulfur smell. Fortunately it almost all rinsed away, although I still caught wiffs of sulfur over the next day. It did not dry out her skin too much and her coat was really soft afterwards.

This product is a life saver!
I’m so thankful I found it! It saved me and my cats from a severe mite infestation. I left it on them for a good 15-20 mns using a cone or neck guard so they wouldn’t lick themselves. Treatment took months but we eventually cleared it.

Our shelter kitties came home with mild ringworm and this, plus medication, cleared it up in a week or two! It’s stinky so wear gloves and maybe open a window. This shampoo can tarnish silver but the silver can be cleaned with a jewelry cloth, again, wear gloves!

WORTH A TRY
I HVE BOUGHT SIX BOTTLES, AND HAVE USED THEM AS PER INSTRUCTIONS. However, I STILL SEE RINGWORM. THE LAST SHIPMENTS HAD A DISAPPOINTMENT BECAUSE ONE BOTTLE LEAKED ALL OVER THE BOX INSIDE, THEY TAPED THE COVERS BUT THEY FAILED TO TIGHTEN THE COVERS BEFORE THEY TAPED THEM. IM GOING TO STRIP MY CATS DOWN AND USE THEM REGULARLY. IF IT FAILS TO CURE THE RINGWORM, IM DONE WITH THIS.

This works great. Used it on 2 of our dogs who would not stop scratching and were loosing hair. Within a few days they stopped itching and the issue was resolved. I will say it does stink. Makes your home smell like rotten eggs for a bit. But the smell does go away. Will buy again if ever need to.

The smell is putrid.
I can’t tell you if it works because the smell was so horrible I had to throw the entire bottle away. I don’t know if it was the sulpher or if the product went “bad” but it smelled as if something was very rotten. I have never smelled anything so terrible. Go with Curaseb Chlorhexidine Shampoo instead.

Does NOT Smell Like Lavender!!
I bought this shampoo to help my kitten who has ringworm. Just bathed him for the 1st time with this shampoo today and I can say the smell of Sulphur and rotten eggs is overwhelming! Once his fur dried the smell isn't as overpowering. His fur is super soft now and he isn't scratching as much. I still can't smell thr lavender that is spoken of.
