Using For A 65 Page Book of 24lb Weight Paper
I use 24lb paper because it's a sturdy weight of paper. It holds up better and feels like a better quality than the so called 'normal' 20lb paper. Plus, I buy my paper at Costco in the 800 sheet package for the same price as most stores sell the 20lb paper of 500 sheets which is a standard ream size. With that being said, I bought 1/2" Pro Click bindings to use on the 65 sheet books I'm making. That size is supposed to handle 85 sheets of 20lb. I thought they would be big enough to hold the 65 sheets of 24lb paper, but they aren't. It's hard to turn the pages and you risk tearing the paper. So I then bought the 5/8" Pro Click bindings which is supposed to hold 110 sheets of 20lb. This is the size that works great, looks great and allows for page turning, and opening up the book flat for my 65 pages of 24lb papers. It would allow for a few more sheets if needed.

Works great and easy to use
I read a review of this on a music teachers website and decided to give it a go. I am glad I did! I have so much loose music and it was really getting disorganized. Once I received the binder and the coils I put off doing it because i thought it would be complicated and take a lot of time. It was NOT! It is so easy. In 15 minutes i had about 100 pages punched and put together in two binders. I ordered the smaller coils that fit 45 pages. I am going to order the next size up. So pay attention to the size of the coil to fit your needs. I agree that it might be a bit expensive but if it holds up, i think it is a worthwhile investment. I ordered cardstock to make the front and back covers. And yes, the little zipper upper tool was included in the box of coils.

Great Binding Tool!!
Great Binding Tool. I have tried both the Proclick Spines and the "Spiral binders" and I prefer the Proclick spines "HANDS DOWN" over the spiral binders. The snap closures are sturdy and much easier to maneuver. I am constantly editing my manuals which makes me have to snap and unsnap a lot, and to my surprise, the snaps have not worn down!! It comes with a utensil that makes it easy to unsnap, but you can also slide an ink pen through the circles and it will unsnap it as well. The only problem with the ProClick Spines is that you will need the ProClick pre-punched paper to go with it, and I found the pre-punch paper to be quite expensive. So I simply invested in a ProClick hole puncher and I punch the paper myself. With this being done, I will only use the Proclick Spines for binding.

Made well
They're okay, they do the job. They took me a second to get used to clicking them together but they break in well. Only 1 broke out of everything that I got and it wasn't the whole spine it was just one piece when I was trying to secure it. It was a little challenging when I was putting in a lot of paper. I had to add then on each side and then try to adjust it so I could close it well. That part was a little tricky but not a crazy con. You just learn how to put it together we'll. Holds the paper in nicely and it's smooth when you turn the pages

Click together binding spines
Easy to use binding spines for binding your own manual. I like that they snap together and don’t come apart without the tool that comes with them. Was able to put a manual together in a matter of minutes. Another positive is being able to quickly open the spirals to add pages anywhere in the book without having to take everything apart. Worth the price.

Best of both worlds and much better than diskbound systems
I was looking for a system that allowed me to create notebooks that allowed the addition and removal of pages like a three-ring notebook but folded in half like a spiral bound notebook. I've tried the Arc disbound system and was very surprised at how poorly the pages turned. The pages bounded by these spines turn much much more easily and the notebooks I create can easily be folded in half like any spiral bound notebook. If you misplace the editing tool, you can open the rings with a Phillips screwdriver and reclose them with your fingers. These spines can be cut with a normal pair of scissors so you can use the punching tool on smaller sized paper. The ProClick line does not fulfill its potential! The largest spines offered is 5/8ths of an inch in diameter I would love to see spines up to 1.25 inches in diameter.

Love this binding system!
I really love this binding system! I love that it is reusable and customizable. I had a comb-binder, but I have never loved it because I have small kids and students who like to try to turn the cover around to the back and end up with the whole booklet coming apart. Comb binding may be cheaper, but the spines are not as sturdy and reusable. So, for most things I comb-bind that would be used a lot, this is a much better solution. I love how easy it is to get them to come apart/snap with the tool that comes inside this package. Don't buy a separate tool, because they come in these binding packs!

So easy to use and I love the fact that it can be easily opened if I need to remove or replace a page.

Works well, can be used multiple times and can cut to size easily for any project, but due to the spacing of the rings a specific type of punch is required which is quite expensive.
