Q: Do you make a patio table to go with it. My table is only 28 inches high and the base pole is about 1/16 of an inch thicker than the main pole?

I would not recommend you buying this product. This product is so weak, a little wind will bent arms. This was waste of my money to buy only lasted few days

Q: I'll make my hole in my garden table will this withstand wind & rain? Is it easy to take down before a storm?

Very easy to take down. If you suspect high wind or storm be sure to crank it all the way down.

Q: Can I fill the base with water for stability of the umbrella?

No, it comes with two Velcro closure bags that are designed to hold play sand. We used two 50 pound bags and there was room for more.
