Seems to be working
I take these at night before bed and have been using consistently. I did switch up other areas in my food, sleep, and water consumption habits, which all may be contributing factors to better sleep. But this seems to be aiding in that area too.

This is the only magnesium supplement that does not make me sick. It's easily digestible and doesn't give me the lower GI issues that other brands/ forms give.

Sweet blyss
The media could not be loaded. I was tired of sleepless nights, until I found Blyss, magnesium pills for women to aid my sleep, now I wake up refreshed and well rested after a full night of sleep with out waking up or tossing and turning, I highly recommend.

Tummy side effects
Sadly I tried to take this magnesium but it gave me awful stomach side effects (sharp pains). I even went down to one pill before bed. This magnesium has great reviews it just wasn’t for my body.

Helps me sleep and very gentle on my stomach
I have been using this supplement for the past 6 months. I decided to try a cheaper version from Walmart about 2 months ago, and it tore my stomach up. I had terrible cramps and needed multiple visits to the bathroom. I immediately switched back to BLYSS and all the bad side effects went away. I won't be changing brands again in the future.
