PEQULTI Cat Window Perch, Double Layered Cat Window Hammock,Window Mounted Cat Seat Cat Bed for Indoor Cats

I've tried 3 cat perches for my cats and this is the best one by far! I tried a cheaper one made of mesh and pvc pipe and after a while it started to bend and the suction cups stopped working. Then I tried one that cradles the cat really close to the window, which some cats like but my big girl hated that she couldn't really turn around in it and she never ended up using it. This one is made of much better material than my first one, it has lots of space for my cats to lounge, and i love that it has so many suction cups for additional stability, as well as the knobs at the top to secure the top cups in place. The double decker one holds both my 10lbs and 14lbs cats no problem! The only downside is that you do have to take it apart to clean the cloth part if you're doing more than just a spot cleaning, but that's something I'm ok with as I have peace of mind knowing it won't fall apart the second my cat jumps on it.

3 of the suction cups won’t stick to window any more seem like they bent from the heat. Can I get replaced cups

18 months later the suction cups no longer hold and I cannot find replacements. It did good for the first year and then the cups got weak and it would fall down, my cats weigh 8 and ten pounds, much less than it promises to hold. At first I could put the suction cups in warm water and it would hold for a couple of months, did that for 3 times but now it is not helping at all. I cannot find any way to contact the sellers although I have read on here that is a waste of time. I would be willing to pay for them if they would sell them but since the don't respond to inquires I guess they don't. A reputable company would at least respond and should offer replacement parts. Thier statement "We provide not only the premium product, but also professional services "both before and after purchase". Please feel free to contact with us if you have any question about this cat window perch." I got this over a year ago and it is still one of the best purchases I have made for my cats. They love sitting in the window, enjoying the view and the sun, they are init at the moment looking at the snow. They are a year older and several pounds heavier but it sitll holds both of them at the same time. If I could only keep one of thier things this is the one I would choose. It is made so well, so sturdy, I have never worried about the cats sitting in it. HOWEVER, recently the top suction cups starting coming loose, even if the cats weren't in the window seat. They would just fall. I wasn't as worried about the cats getting hurt, there is a bed next to the window to cushion thier fall, but the main part of the seat stayed secure. I cleaned the window and the suction cups repeatedly, tried different things, adjusting the pressure on the suctions cups and nothing helped. They would stay for an hour or two and fall again. THEN I read a reviewers advice to place the suction cups in hot water for ten minutes and that would help. Well I put some water on and brought heated it just til little bubbles formed at the bottom of the pan. I removed it from the heat and placed the suction cups in for ten minutes, then got them out and let them cool. I replaced them and waited to see what would happen, fingers crossed. Well that was a week ago and they are still holdng. I see a lot of people complaing about this so I hop this helps someone.

The cats love it. Only problem is the cats disagreeing over which one gets to be on top. Could have a little more clearance for the bottom hammock, but not enough an issue to be an actual problem.Assembly was easy enough, nothing complicated as long as you follow the basic instructions. Takes about 5 minutes to put together. Make sure you do like they say - CLEAN YOUR WINDOWS FIRST, and make sure you SOAK THE SUCTION CUPS IN HOT WATER first - they will stick much better/easier. Try adding a drop of water on the suction cups as well when applying them to help them stick better.

Great seat for the cats, great view too. Such a great view that my cat realized other cats exist in this world and became feral, does this have anything to do with the product efficiency? Perhaps not but it is definitely a side effect. Not only did he become a psycho he continued to growl continuously for 12 hours to the point that I thought he somehow got hurt 800$ in vet bills later we learned he got spoked and now lives in fear of his sister. Not only that the stress of this view after 36 hours caused him to become so severely constipated that he required an enema purely from the stress of knowing he is not the only cat living on earth. This perch has turned into a 1200$ investment do they love it? Yes, is it sturdy and roomy? Yes, but was it worth the stress of 1200$ vet bills and a mix of cat vomit and diarrhea all over my home? Probably not. Side note one of the suction cups took a little extra to stick I had to reclean the window several times and ultimately used a little essential oil to adhere better but after that it hasn't had an issue.

UPDATE2 months later and it is breaking already. First, the suction cups started to fail, so I took the perch down, cleaned the window, and dried it. While it was down I made sure it the unit was nice, tight and safe for the kitties to lay in as it is well off the floor and i don't want my babies hurt. So when I was putting it back up, I had issues, not at all like the first time, that was easy putting it up. The suction cups just kept failing, the only thing that would work was to put sanitizer and wipe it off and they all stuck to the window. Looking at it today... well take a look at the picture. It is still falling apart but my kitties love to sit and sleep out of reach of the babies we have so I leave it up, knowing that the cups are not going to fail but I ordered something new that will hold them. I mean i have another perch and it never did anything like this, so to say i am now disappointed, well that is an understatement.It isn't a bad product, this might have just been defective to start with, IDK, but i do know that my kitties love it and it won't stop me from trying other perches from the company.From July -The cats needed more space to get away from the new kittens we got. Well until the kittens learned to climb LOL. The older cats love this. they can jump on it and just watch the birds and squirrels and even enjoy the sun.

Esta muy bonito el diseño y mi gato se acostó agusto sólo 5 min y parecia cómodo, pero después se despegó y sólo lo coloco y no resiste ni sólo, se despega y despega. Voy a tener q adecuarlo con pijas, tensores y una base para q mis gatos lo puedan usar.
